I'm curious what you and others who have this case think of what this guy says in his review here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4BA25wtaEQ#t=2m37s

He says it "feels loose in certain places" and a "saggy" nature at the edges/lip and gets caught in pants pocket when taking it in/out. Thoughts/comments? Is this true?

While you can pull the edges away from the phone, my HD is not "loose" or "saggy" in any way.

Did you put it on any particular way? It sounds as if some people who carefully slipped it on seem to have gotten it to work without bubbling.

My SGP Oleophobic had a couple weeks to settle on the phone before I put it in the HD. No bubbling. When I switched to the PS Antiglare, I applied the film and immediately put the HD on. It bubbled ever so slightly at the top corners. So I took the case off and gave the new film 2 days to fully adhere, put the HD on again and no bubbling. I've since taken it out/put back in the case a number of times, no bubbling. I'm somewhat careful putting the case on, and so far zero bubbling issues. Oh, and I also have the PS back film on too.

This case rocks guys. I carry in my pocket; the case fits so well there's never any pocket crap between the phone and HD.

I only have one complaint, and it's really small. Looking at the dock, the cutout is very very slightly off center. All my cables fit just fine, so it's only a VERY minor aesthetic issue. (Yes, I suffer from OCD.)

The ONLY issue I have with my HD is that when I decide to use it at times I can actually feel the phone shifting inside of the case. It feels as though the case may not be as tight as it should. The GeoMetric on the other hand is a perfect fit.

Mine does not have that issue. It's snug as snug can be. No movement no matter where I squeeze it.

Key thing for me to decide on the Speck is this - does the cutout for bottom cable work with non-Apple plugs? The Bumper prevents other plugs from fully seating in the receptacle.

Yes, as stated on the first page, you can use pretty much any 3rd party accessories. All mine work, whereas they didn't with the Bumper.

Ive always been happy with the Speck product on my Macbook Pro. Ordered mine yesterday through the free case program. Will arrive a month from now but hey, its free!

You'll be very happy. Wish I'd got mine through the free case program over the Griffin Reveal Etch. :( OH well. You live and learn!

so is this a typical soft silicon case? does it attract lint like a magnet?

Looks like its solid...but there are people who love soft silicon and people who hate it...im on the hate side. I know its good protection, but honestly...out of my 2 iphones, ive dropped it 1 time on carpet =) ...im not clumsy in the slightest.

I have not had a soft silicon case that didnt attract lint....after about a week of being in my pocket, it looked like my dryer's lint screen. :(

I'm using the pixekskin hd and I'm pleased with it. A better choice of colours might be nice, I'm using black. I got mine from an amazon marketplace seller. I'm using it with the zagg on the back, and a screen protector that came with the switcheasy colours. I have no problems with the case causing problems with the screen protector. I ditched the Colours case as it obscured the screen, dragging the icons to the edge caused the edge to get pushed away from the phone. The pixekskin hd has a nice bevelled edge around the screen so it doesn't get in the way. It also has a slightly rougher feel for better grip than the slimey Colours silicone.

Looking forward to getting a free one. Have a Pixelskin (since replaced by a dirt-cheap TPU case from monoprice) and the HD looks to have the same *very* slight issue. The Speck logo is slightly raised on the back so it doesn't lay perfectly flush on a table. Yeah, I know, nit-picking.

The HD is made of TPU so it shouldn't be a lint-magnet like the Pixelskin (silicone).

No this is not that yucky soft silicone crap. This is much harder material. Probably still silicon, but much sturdier, and won't attract anywhere near as much crap as softer silicones. I won't go near them.

I heard no one mention the Griffin Motif. It's also TPU and has less functional flaws than the PixelSkin HD. I saw in in-store but I thought it looked cool so that's what I ordered from Apple. Now after reading all that, I'm kinda hesitating...

Anyone else looked at the Griffin Motif?

That about does it for me. I'm down for getting one real soon. :D

I bought and returned a car charger because it didn't fit in the Bumper.

I fully agree with this thread. I have also tried many cases which include the Feather, Apple Bumper, and Barely There. My only small gripe with this case is that the bottom part between the dock connector and screen is a little flimsy and could possibly break with lots of wear.

Still, I wish I ordered another one of these with the free case program instead of the Apple Bumper! Oh, and it doesn't peel up my SGP Oleophobic.

Im sorry, but this case looks too rubbery or silicone-like to stand any chance of a swift removal from one's pocket.
After using the bumper for a week and looking like an idiot needing two hands to free my phone from my pocket, I'll never go back to silicone.

But the bumper is rubber and plastic isn't it?
