You can, just do it through UPS or FedEx. That way the order won't run the risk of being cancelled. If you do change it through the shipper, it may come a day late, just a warning.

you can but Applecare over the phone. Have don so with previous phones and watches.
The very first time, they asked me to go to the store so my phone could be inspected. i guess becasue I had the phone a couple of weeks. last few times, they dont even care.

I am going through the same thing. I have VZW on line and she is saying it has happened to a lot of people; therefore, VZW is not changing anyone's shipping date. She is saying because of all the publicity surrounding the pre-orders on the iPhone X the credit card companies flagged anything its system thought fraud existed. She said VZW is aware of this and therefore, all who respond to email and get a cleared payment will not have a date change for shipping.

I will keep checking. Mine no longer states 11/3/17 but only says, "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later".

If I eventually get a later date, I'm canceling because I might as well go through Apple IUP.

I called and was told I will still get it for November 3rd

So, my card was successfully charged.
On the Verizon website my order now says "processing" I had an 11/3 delivery date and that no longer shows on the site.
However, the app still says ship by 11/3.
Not too worried yet...

Why are most of u already gotten CC charged while my order is still stuck in the processing status? I pre-rdered 10mins past midnight on the 27th via Verizon app. Are there people out there still waiting on order to be completed like myself?

I ordered from the Verizon website the second it went live. I had a charge hit my account a few hrs ago. I would expect yours to hit sometime today...oh I’m “Processing” as well

My second order for silver 64Gb was charged (3:01am EST) but not my first order 256gb Silver (2:59am EST)

Both 11/3 delivery. Has me concerned.

Has anyone tried to get their Verizon up device dollars applied to their iPhone X after they checked out? I thought it automatically would've been applied, but I totally forgot to copy and paste the codes in the heat of the moment.
