Has anyone tried to get their Verizon up device dollars applied to their iPhone X after they checked out? I thought it automatically would've been applied, but I totally forgot to copy and paste the codes in the heat of the moment. :oops:

Yea i have the same issue here. Once my X ships im going to call them and see what the deal is with this
 
Why are most of u already gotten CC charged while my order is still stuck in the processing status? I pre-rdered 10mins past midnight on the 27th via Verizon app. Are there people out there still waiting on order to be completed like myself?
Mine hasn't been charged yet either. Ordered 3:18am EST on verizon app
 
I ordered at 1:58 central with 2 am confirmation and my checking account still hasn’t been charged while others who ordered Later has. Trying not to freak out yet.
 
I can officially confirm, Processing is better than Pending, at least on the app! One of the 2 phones I ordered has Processing (the one that got charged yesterday) and the other had Pending (has a later delivery date).

Seems like Space Gray orders are being charged first. Has anyone with a Silver been charged yet?

Not what I wanted to hear. I have two orders minutes before official launch and I’ve only been charged for one, both with 11/3 ship dates.
 
Ordered 256gb Space Gray at 12:01am via the app and got my confirmation email at 12:01am also with 11/03 delivery. Website and app had processing order last night. This morning website still says processing but app now says pending. My CC has not been charged yet either. :(
 
So I posted about how my order said charge total 0.00 and how if they charge me its going to charge the wrong card. I called verizon internet team today and they can not change the order without canceling but told me that they have a 7 day period after they email you to change the info and it would not affect order. Is that true? She did tell me that she sees my order is confirmed and just waiting for tracking info and that I won't be charged any. Anyone else see a 0.00 charge on pre order and is getting billed on their next bill?
 
Does anyone have an idea of when our orders will change from processing and we will get a tracking number? I’m ready to stop panicking!:(
 
I ordered one right when they went live, but got an error after the hit submit - something like Verizon was too busy so try again. I tried again and got the same error.

However, I got two emails saying that my order processed, I have separate order numbers, etc. I also have two orders in my Verizon account. They are both processing and ready to ship by 11/3.

What should I do about this? I don’t want my orders canceled of course, but I’m worried if I cancel one then the other one will be invalid or something. Should I wait it out?

Wait to see if both deliver. If that happens, return one.

15 mins into, first time ordering via Verizon app since Apple’s carrier Checking was breaking.

Got confirmation email from VZ and a $1 minus and plus on my Discover.

Still says processing and Nov 3rd ship.
 
I just got a Verizon rep on chat to guarantee me that if your order number states 11/3, you will have the phone by 11/3 (for anyone nervous about not getting charged yet)! And he even said when I change my shipping address after it ships, as long as it's early enough in the shipment process, the date won't change at all! To make others feel better about anything!

My confirmation email is timed at 2:02 Friday Morning. My status is currently "processing" and notes a shipping date of 11/3 as well. As I am out of town the end of this week, having it show up a few days is not a wrinkle for me. I just figured that if you don't get an 11/3 date it could be close to Christmas before it comes.
 
I just want to be charged so I can slip back into my comfort of locking my debit card when not using it haha
 
I order space gray 256gb and got only a sms from citi at 3:08am 0.00 on Verizon website says processing
delivery by nov 3rd, called they told me order is fine
still no sms for the taxes since I put it on device plan
 
Well apparently the folks at Verizon are on their weekend slumber as we sit here PATIENTLY WAITING for our devices.

Lessons Learned:
If you have it, drop AT&T like a bad habit. (thank you Verizon!)
Apple Store's carrier information integration cannot be trusted.
