I should have said “Ship Center” vs “hub” in my previous post. Do you have set for pickup at a “Ship Center” or store?
SG 256gb. CC just charged, Verizon website still does not have a date to ship out. Original date was 11/15. If they charged my card, the shipment should be imminent correct?
Cool, This is my first pre-order upgrade so I was making sure. I figured they'd ship out tomorrow, get here tomorrow night and deliver Friday.
Yeah we probably won't see any movement until tomorrow. Mines has been sitting in Elizabeth, NJ since Monday.

Looks like they call stores “Ship Centers” so I’m confused. Maybe I was right saying “hub” in my previous post. I should probably say “local hub”.

From what I saw on my orders, CC was charged, then it went to processing to with no delivery date, and shipping info came 12-18 hours after that.
So funny, I live about 15 minutes from Elizabeth, NJ and mine has been sitting at the hub in Memphis since Monday...
I just got charged for my SG 256gb, I ordered at 307 but somehow had an 11/15 delivery date, and i ordered the exact same one 10 minutes later for another line and got 11/10 delivery date.
But all's well that ends well. I assume i'll have it on friday, probably will ship tonight/early tomorrow.
So anyone with 11/15 delivery date, there is still hope of having it on the 3rd. Mine had to be one of the earliest 11/15 delivery date orders, considering they were still giving 11/3 as delivery date when I actually ordered, still have no idea why after ordering it switched to 11/15 immediately.
My third order for Silver 256gb that was ordered around 325 hasn't been charged yet, that also has an 11/15 delivery date.
But all's well that ends well. I assume i'll have it on friday, probably will ship tonight/early tomorrow.

Yeah it will just be delivered at a store and not my house. But it works since I work until about 5. Just sharing to let other people know the options

Can anyone PM me a screen shot of the advertisement where it said upgrade fees would be waived? They agreed to waive only half of the upgrade fee but im trying to push for more

UPDATE: Charged! 256 SG ordered 10/27 at 3:08 (ish) am ET w/ confirmation email at 3:17am. Originally scheduled for 11/15
Cool, glad they were able to do that for you. I was hoping to pickup at the local hub on Friday whithout delivery attempt but it doesn’t look like they are going to allow it although someone else said they had luck getting Verizon to put in the request to Fed Ex.

I have 11/3 delivery by 3pm but it's been in Memphis Tennessee since Sunday. Says standard overnight delivery so I better see an update by tomorrow.
That’s exactly when you will see an update. It will travel to your general area, likely overnight Thursday, and be scanned in locally very early in the morning to be sent out for delivery.
