Should be upgrade fee + phone tax. Mine is with $1 of that (different sales tax rate).

Yup, I just got a text from Verizon stating I will be receiving a text shortly with a tracking number, checked my credit card and the charge has come through but my Verizon page still says Status Processing.

I just noticed the text I received from them has an order number and on my Verizon page it has a different Pre order number. But figure I am close since I was charged $96.00... our taxes are higher here and my city charges an additional tax for cellular.

Looks like folks are getting their accounts charged tonight! It'll happen in waves. As far as getting tracking numbers if you were charged tonight, you will likely get an email overnight with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. The orders will continue to say "processing" I believe.
