So DPD now have my Vodafone order and it will be delivered tomorrow. I shall be 5 mins down the road stuck in a paediatric first aid course all day so it falls the husband to sign for it and guard it. He should do, this time tomorrow he'll have my XS Max, upgraded from a 7 plus. He's lucky, I usually sell my phones.

Handy. Just open the window and stick your arm out. Your phone will be setting up before he's back in his van 😀

Also received notification of shipping from DPD - updated delivery to between 8 and 10:30. Only ordered form Currys at 4pm-ish!
They're also delivering my Switch Lite tomorrow - wonder if it'll be on the same van?!

Ouch! My order is still to be ”Delivered tomorrow” but nothing has happenend with the order since it was made.

Which model/colour did you order and when did you place it?

Yes got it an hour ago, ‘we look forward to seeing you’.

Pickup from Cambridge Apple store at lunch break, 12.30pm 😊, hopefully they’ll have available AW5 as well.

Was cheaper at JL / Amazon earlier in the week. Not sure if it still is though.

Ditto, unfortunately. Gutted, considering original order stated delivery by 20th Sep, though the email from Currys does say they’ll give me a £25 gift voucher to soften the blow.
I was worried something like this was on the cards when the Pro Max space grey just disappeared from their site; not there and ‘out of stock’, just simply no longer on the site.

64GB Midnight Green Max. Ordered on Monday.

Order status still shows as arriving tomorrow however they’ve already credited my account with the £10.

Payment was on authorisation for the past few hours so I assumed it was in process of being dispatched. So was disappointing to see the email say it was delayed.

With the Amazon order delayed is it worth my time going to Apple store early for a walk in? Will they have units or do they only do pre-orders for launch?

Same! I thought I’d give myself enough time to get there after work but wish I’d just gone before work instead! Lesson learned for next year.
