Yes with amazon. If I try to track package, it says arriving Wednesday but not dispatched yet.Are there many others with a “Delivers 23-25 Sep”, whilst it remains at ‘Processing’?
I hope Amazon get it right for you... but you would expect Apple to definitely get it right.Yes with amazon. If I try to track package, it says arriving Wednesday but not dispatched yet.
Doesn’t seem to be available now (not available today at 12 nearest stores)... will check tomorrow morning!

ok great... just to confirm - I can take back my space grey 11 pro with box and accessories (haven’t touched them) and exchange for the midnight green no questions asked?
Can anybody explain how simple it is to return my phone to the Apple store and exchange it?
had the pro max for a few days now and the size just isn’t practical for me so want to go back down to just a normal Pro size.
do I have to actually buy a new iPhone and get my current iPhone refunded onto my card, or will they just exchange for me in store and refund me the £100 difference?
the only thing used in the box is the charger, the headphones etc are still in the little cardboard thing they come in. Is this all okay?
thanks for any advice!
So I essentially have to buy another phone as new and get my current phone refunded onto my card, good job it’s pay day on Friday.. are they refunds your normal 3-5 days from any past experience?I’m sure they’ll do it that way if that’s how you want it. Not problems if it’s been used, as long as it’s got no damage etc and within 14 days you’ll have no issues

This is an obvious one but I’m guessing theyll retore my phone to new in front of me?
On another note , whilst I’m loving the screen on my 11 Max , I’m not too impressed with the weight.
Just typing the message above on the sofa , and my little finger that sits under the phone whilst I hold it is aching.
Too heavy.
and iOS13 is buggy. (Some notifications going awol). Hoping 13.1 fixes it.
Is anyone else disappointed that their midnight green phone isn't very green?
Cheers Jin, new phone purchased with an appointment later on today, hopefully goes smoothly!Yes, I did that when I took back my burner xr. Did the wipe in front of them
Not at all - I like how subtle it is. To the naked eye it sometimes seems grey but put next to an actual space grey model, they’re noticeably different. I love the almost teal colour it appears when the light catches it.Is anyone else disappointed that their midnight green phone isn't very green?

Has anyone ever taken a phone out on IUP and returned it? How easy is it to do?
I've never understood why people hold their phones in this way (with pinky finger underneath)??!
When I had my iPhone 8 Plus (that phone was a beast in size!) I always held it (in my right hand) at a 45 degree angle (or even steeper than this) with the bottom right corner of the phone, digging into the fleshy part of my palm so the phone naturally rests in my palm and that corner is lodged in the palm so won't go anywhere - this enables use of the phone and screen without having to support it underneath with your pinky finger.
This is how I hold ALL my iPhones - none of that 'support the phone with pinky finger' ridiculousness......!!!
This is why I have held off updating my XS to iOS 13 - waiting for the bugs to be ironed out....

....looks almost Space Grey in some photos!
Yep, sold through Facebook marketplace in the endGood price! Private sale?
My other half received an email about a special student offer (my son has just started college this month) whereby for an iPhone 11 (64Gb), on EE with unlimited texts and calls and 50Gb data, it's just £46 a month (2 year contract) which I think is pretty good.
He's currently on Giffgaff (he's got an old iPhone 6) with a £20 Goodybag (Unlimited texts, calls & 40Gb data) but I guess it's easy enough to request a PAC code these days to move over to EE (the offer links to a student website where you can even input the PAC code so they sort out the porting process).
Had a look on the IUP and also iPhone Payments Programs but both would work out more expensive that the £46 a month student offer (no upfront fee for phone either).....
