Any one know how the apple clear case compares to a cheaper option like the Spigen?

Normally I go for a leather and never had an issue so reluctant to move away from Apple.

55 mins in and 256gb silver pro is still available for launch delivery (store pickup no longer available). Got all worked up refreshing multiple devices for nothing

Order was in by 1:10pm - Est delivery 20th.

2x iPhone 11. White and Yellow for myself and wife.

Natwest blocked both! Had to call up and retry payment. Fine now.

Hopefully these will be a substantial upgrade over the 6+ and 7+ phones we have.

Look forward to picking up a second gen 5G enabled pro in 2021 - which is why i just went for the 11 for now. Hope i won't regret it because of the screen.

All good now, payment authorised by Apple when I called them they clicked the re-authorise button.

Hope this does not change the delivery date.

I’ve just remembered, I had a phone call back from my local Apple Store after my last visit as it was a horrendous example of customer service in and I filled out the survey that they told me saying exactly that.

In fairness, a chap Rang me to discuss it and offered me a free case on my next visit, so I will definitely be taking him up on that now

Was adamant on getting just the 11 256GB but seeing the Pro 256GB is only £6 p/m more on EE, why the hell not?

Shame NHS and student discounts don't work on Smart Plans

Mine has arrived from Apple today & I have to say I felt a bit daft looking at it (£45) compared to a leather case (£55) when you can also buy a replacement cheapo for a fiver whenever it gets tatty. They do talk on the Apple website about anti-yellowing etc, but I'm not sure I'm convinced.

I usually get a leather case with card slots from SENA with a lovely raised rubber lip, but wanted clear this time so I can see the green - so it's a vanity tax ...

Secured a reservation for an iPhone 11 Pro Max, going to upgrade from an iPhone XS Max because well, I might as well with being in the iUP after all. The way I see it is I'll be paying slightly more each month and will get better battery, faster processor, brighter screen and a better camera.

Only issue is, I'm now a student and I'm wondering if that will affect me in the credit check when upgrading to the new phone? If so, I guess I could just keep my XS Max... However my credit score is good and I've never been turned down before. :)

Not had an email confirmation from EE yet...
[doublepost=1568380001][/doublepost]It was only 4 pounds more a month for the 512GB OPTION but was an extra 50 pounds upfront

They are? Does that mean I can pop my work Vodafone sim in on occasion? Would be great if Sky could enable the eSim in that case and stop me carrying two phone around.
Yeah they're all unlocked.

I bought mine 'sim free' from them as there is an option to do so without a SKY data plan.
I knew I could get a sim only deal cheaper than what they were offering so going to do it that way

All I know is the ESR (very cheap) and Spigen (cheap) are very good

I ordered the new ESR transparent cash with shock absorbers on the corners and a glass back. Very slim, see the beauty but some protection + a glass screen protector of course ...
