Now the the pro comes with an 18w charger, I wonder if it will just look like the iPad type charger? Given my iPad one is 10w, I’m hoping the 18w in the box has a new smaller design.

Handing it back to Apple is worth $550. It’d take a lot of work to get $750 I think.
Just ordered a contract 11 Pro 256 midnight green. Delivery next Friday. Going to try a transparent case for starters to show off the new colour!
....yea, you see, I’m not that keen on trying it and sending it all back within 14 days if I’m not happy!
I guess the iPhone 11 is pretty much exactly like the XR, hence why it’s much cheaper than the 11 Pro. I just have to decide if I am up to ‘downgrading’ from XS to iPhone 11. Even if I choose the IUP on the 11, it still works out a little cheaper than my current XS.
I’ll sleep on it and decide tomorrow.....

In regards to the phone I always plug in over night. I never bothered buying a usbc to lightening that supported power delivery just to make use of fast charging with MacBook 29w block.
Finally with the pro they’ll give the cable out the box. Not that I worry about the fast charge part that much but there’s always the occasion when you’re about to head out for the night and think you could do with a quick 30mi charge!

After much indecision over Pro vs Max and colour choice, and after a false start this afternoon at 1pm, I discovered I'm not too late even now for a Friday 20th delivery — but the only options were Pro Gold or Max Silver.
I went with Max Silver.

I’ve had both the last two years, sliver x, gold Xs. As both were in cases no one could have told if it was pink with yellow polka dots!
It’s only this year it matters as I’m going to get a clear case for the midnight green. If I’d not got the green, I’d go space grey, silver then gold.
Ordered my Midnight Green 256gb Pro Max at 13:09 chose my reservation time, next screen on the app told me it had been reserved, but I’ve had no email confirmation, nothing showing in my app under current orders.
I’ve locked in a price to sell my phone with Mazuma, does my current balance need to be paid off before I take out a IUP for the Pro or can I take a new one out then pay the balance of my existing one ?

looks to be the same as the USB-C charger that came with my iPad Pro 11”, the folding pins to make it a cube are indeed very neat.
about time, the 5W served us all well to begin with, but had long since earned it’s overdue retirement.
