Switched back from Android, my previous iPhone being a 6s!
Managed to order a 128GB Pro in Pacific Blue. A couple of hours later I had a text from my Bank saying that they had declined Payment and blocked my C/card. " If this was you press "Y" and the card will be unblocked"
I thought I might have lost my delivery slot but I managed to log in to the Apple online store and resubmit payment which has now gone through with the same delivery date (23rd)

I usually put my phone in a wallet style case to keep my cards and protect the screen. I've ordered a magnetic wallet gubbins from Amazon, can anyone recommend a soft clear case that doesn't cost £49!

Mine's disappeared from the app too. If I go online via the web - it's changed to processing but now says arrives 2 Nov :(. Was originally giving me 7-10 days and a date of 26-28 Oct during ordering. Ah well. Fingers crossed it arrives earlier.
 
I wouldn't keep checking your order on the Apple website. If you got the confirmation email and it said delivery on the 23rd then you're fine. The system will be receiving lots of orders at the moment and things may be a little buggy, such as orders disappearing etc. No need to worry.
 
The web/app are glitchy because of how many orders they're receiving, as long as you have email confirmation, you'll be fine.
 
....well I‘m back after my lunch date - can’t believe this thread has jumped from page 82 to 104!!! 😮😮😮

I was hammering the Apple Store app from 12:58 onwards and finally got in at 13:07 and managed to confirm my pre-order for the iPhone 12, have my order number so all good (even though the app is currently sporadic showing and not showing my order but I guess its down to the sheer number of users all trying to log on!).

One thing I AM miffed about though is that the MagSafe wallets aren’t available til early November - Apple could have let us know instead of assuming all accessories would be available to buy today 🙄🙄

Was also gonna order a silicone case but decided against it as really after a leather one - I’ll be ordering one from Amazon as really can’t be bothered waiting til November for Apple’s leather ones....
 
Paid in full for the iPhone 12 128 GB in Blue (though the iPhone Apple Store App).

Completed the purchase via Apple Pay but the money didn't exit my bank account. About a couple of hours later the order said it couldn't be completed because my payment had been rejected.

I was a bit panicked by that so I put my bank card details in again, but they wouldn't verify and it kept coming up with an error message asking me to try a different card.

My bank card expires next month but I've yet to receive the new one, so I was thinking it was either something to do with that or the bank blocking the payment as a security measure (it's not often a payment that large comes out of my account!).

I then went onto my mobile banking app to see that the payment had been taken after all (must have been while I was faffing around with the Apple website frantically), and when I refreshed the order page on the Apple website it seemed to have gone through smoothly on their end too. The order updated from 'on hold' to 'processing' with a delivery date of Friday 23rd.

How strange - I wonder if anyone else had this experience? I'm just a bit overly-concerned that something weird is happening with my bank card (Apple Pay in particular is acting rather weird lately).
 
Took me half an hour of trying but eventually got 12 white 128gb. The store app kept showing an error message so must have very busy. Delivery 23rd Oct atm
