I think it will come on 23rd if it said that in the confirmation I just wouldn’t be expecting any tracking or a dispatch notification from Argos.
Got my blue silicone Apple case today, will post pics tomorrow for anyone interested.
Anyone been told there are issue with their payment? Just got a message and every single card I try is also declined.
Even tried my partner's and that also didn't work.
thinking it's sounding like an Apple problem rather than anything else... Din't have any issues when I bought my Watch a couple of weeks ago.

It’s the same every year with John Lewis. You can go down personally to pick one up or click and collect for the next day.
Will have to do in morning as they close lines at 20:00...
they have been having a bit of a security fit so it could be them, they got in a flap wanting to check a payment on Friday... It was me... the payment £1 for parking via Ringgo...
Hey guys, just like you all i pre-ordered literally at 13:01 pm for both the iPhone 12 64GB Blue and the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue, quite excited like every year and currently seeing preparing to ship on both and seeing both due for Friday 23rd (launch day). I'm seeing reports that americans are able to track theirs on UPS but i presume ours would be UK Mail/DPD? Anyone had any luck?
I agree, for the last 10 years i've had either DPD or UKMail who've delivered pre-order iphones but there's always a trick every year to access the iPhone delivery info early
i guess we won't know until wednesday as that's when movement tends to happen
Just had similar and Received Text from Bank asking if I made/requested the transactions. Text Y and card was unlocked by bank.
On going back into the apple order I just requested payment by same method again and order went back to processing and charge processing on credit card.
Apple also text me stating there was a problem. Also received email
To avoid a delay in receiving your order, please update your payment information by signing in to your Order status page. This will usually resolve the problem. If it doesn't, contact your card provider and let them know you placed an order with Apple.
If after 7 days we're still unable to process your payment, your order will be cancelled."
Apparently it was my bank security kicking in. All sorted. Nice to know that Bank security worked.

DHL are taking over tracking now from UKMail so i guess we won't be too lucky for early tracking
DHL are really bad for tracking. It’s almost as if it goes live 5 minutes before delivery sometimes. Useless.
I’m really surprised there haven’t been any pre-embargo hands on videos and etc of the new phones. I remember that for the last couple of years there are always some videos on the devices before embargo and before shipping, usually released by people working at a carrier or a phone store. Looks like we need to wait for Tuesday (the day when embargo lifts) to see first videos....
UKMail has always been useless along with DHL, i remember i ordered a apple watch last year but the website says due delivery for a certain day, that certain day goes past and then see an update that they attempted delivery even though nobody showed up
