At least you have the tracker. Mine was meant to be here by 3:49 and I still haven't received it. Had a text from DHL saying it will be delayed but god knows when i'll receive it.

When you check, use the reference number option rather than tracking number. Or is it that they haven't updated the status of your delivery after the delay?
Long shot - does anyone have a Barclaycard and use the app?
On the settings on the app it says don’t sign out or cancel registration when you move to your new device just skip the registration process then sign in (on new device)
Erm. How the hell do you skip the registration process? Can’t get passed having to register as new and if I enter all my details it just comes up with card cannot be registered.
For clarity, I’ve now signed out of the old iPhone and factory reset it based on the advice above.

I had done, there was a splash screen asking me to acknowledge from the watch but there was nothing to acknowledge, the splash screen said 'continue', on pressing that it went to the pairing process (of course the watch is still paired to the 11) So I unpaired from the 11, was not confident pairing to the 12 would restore any badges (none in the activity app) so I did an encrypted back up of the 11 in iTunes) and restored the 12 from there... the watch (and the EE data) is successfully transfered now having restored from the backup created on unpairing from the 11
Did some quick maths, mine should be there in about 100 min, maybe less because I haven't factored in the lunch break.
I thought I had the same issue with the Apple Watch - for me it happened a while later - the watch just randomly popped up later asking to transfer.
Stick with it and it will happen.

Wife's iPhone 12 Mini in green arrived earlier. I'm very impressed, the screen seems a lot bigger than I was expecting and if feels great in the hand.
I had a 12 Pro which I returned as I was planning on getting the standard 12. I'm tempted to go for the 128GB Mini as I believe the camera hardware is the same on the 12 Mini and 12, with the 12 Pro having an extra telephoto lens.
Battery life will be less but I'll leave it a few days and see how my wife gets on with hers and what battery is left at the end of the day.

The issue I have is that since my XS is stuck on 5 mins remaining, I can't actually unpair the watch from the XS in order to repair it to the 12. Maybe I should just cancel the transfer, and hope that it's all transferred. I always have the backup I made in iTunes to fall back on if all else fails...
I've just installed the Spigen screen protector. It was a breeze to fit and looks good.

i literally took my paper off and then put my screen protector on straight away. i think its the only time ive ever put one on without panicking and reapplying about 2-3 more and failing
