As RRC says, it will be DPD that will deliver it or on rare occasions, DHL. Did you not get a shipping notification?

The only tracking info I have is the email from Apple saying it's been shipped. The 'track this shipment' link takes me to Syncreon and the info there is that it was out for delivery all day yesterday, before arriving back in Northampton depot yesterday marked 'not complete'.
**Edit** Just checked the tracking info again and the estimated delivery date has dropped back from yesterday to monday 23/11 so I guess that answers my question about weekend deliveries. Thanks for your replies though folks.

12 Pro Max incoming!
- Ordered on the 9th of Nov for 26th Nov delivery.
- Slipped to 1st Dec delivery a day later.
- Sat there doing nothing for a couple of weeks
- Yesterday the status changed to shipped and delivery for Monday the 24th Nov
- Today Sat the 21st I got an email to say its out for delivery! DPD alerts have come though showing it's on route and will be here in an hour..
It really cannot be overstated how appallingly poor Apple’s logistics for delivery are . Ordered 15 minutes after so called launch , ‘Processing’ for 13 days , ‘Preparing to Ship ‘ for 3 days so far ! I will not be back next year no matter what . While U.S. and U.K. stores can restock in 48-72 hours for those that just wander in on a whim those of us who ordered straight away and don’t live in a metropolis have been left to pine sadly 😏 Perfect customer service for a lockdown , leave ‘em without phones so they can really ‘isolate ‘!

I really sympathise but your experience is the exception rather than the rule.
You have to remember it’s millions of phones, there’s a huge world out there all wanting them, some people are bound to be the unlucky ones, it’s just unlucky, feel sorry for your BUT.....
Anyway its been less time to walk around with a stunningly designed phone or in fact a stunningly designed phone inside what ‘some’ people feel is stunning leather or silicon case (although ridiculously overpriced for some cheap plastic covered in the thinnest leather ever) with a huge wart clamped on the back with a feeble magnet 😁. What on earth are people thinking about, soon it will get tatty and dirty, are they going to only put new notes in it as they would stick out if you do, polish their credit cards? The novelty will soon wear off each time you need to charge it and the wallets will end up as any other wallet separated in their pocket with the other wallet that has the important stuff in as only 3 cards max will fit or get stuck. You really can’t make this kind of stuff up but hey Apple have and must be laughing their socks off. Buy a phone, then the charger, then the case, then a mag safe charger, then another charger to make that work, then a car magsafe holder, then the wallet, creating mega profits by stealth 👍. They must be rolling all around Apple Park laughing their heads off 🤣

There’s no doubt about it: Apple are masters of getting us to part with our money even for accessories that are patently overpriced. Must be the magic of the logo.
I agree with the others. It is unfortunate you’ve had to go through this but you’re the exception to the rule. Hopefully you’ll get your phone soon.

I got my HomeHub mini out this this morning to try and give it some love, but the whole plastic experience with crapple music didn’t last long, it’s back in the drawer while I listen to decent sound.
The fanboy has left the flock in the Apple case, wallet and crapple music fields, still with the flock in the pen bahhing about the phone 12 Pro Max as I did move up from an Xs Max to the 12 Pro Max, but if I had been an 11 ever I would NOT be a happy sheep 🐑😁

Because you missed the pre-order window force launch day delivery processing for 13 days isn’t so bad. As for preparing to ship, what you have to remember is that you phone ships from a factory in China so when you get the status change then the phone is been prepared to leave China for the UK and you don’t get any tracking updates until it arrives at Hinckley in Leicestershire. Three days from China to Hinckley isn’t so bad.
Get a 12 Pro Max tomorrow if you want, only 512GB left but at least you got one 👍

Did you buy using Barclays Finance? I’m in the same boat. Estimated delivery 30/11 as it stands.
Just spent over 20 minutes on phone to Apple to find out if instead of sending my 11 Pro I am trading in against the 12 PM if I can drop off at Edinburgh store instead. Would prefer to do this as trade in kit only insures to £100 max (trade in value is £500) and sends via Royal Mail but to be honest I am not entirely sure if I the advisor understood what I was asking! Eventually got the response that stores are not doing trade ins so now I have dilemma whether to take the risk and just send or pay for another insured service. I need to make sure that Apple match it to the online trade in when they receive so assuming if the trade in kit has the apple prepaid label inside they will be able to do so.
Also appear to have completely screwed up transfer of Apple Watch to new phone. Not bothered about retaining old data but interestingly have realised through the process that my watch data plan must have been cancelled. True enough I went onto my EE account and not been paying for since Dec 2019 which makes me question whether it was worthwhile in first place!

Feels exactly like they did on the original SE and 5s etc, which is normal. It’s simply because of the square sides that they appear thinner. They’re exactly the same as they’ve always been. Plastic frame with leather, it’s the only way to shape them consistently.
I’m more than happy with mine, feels and looks great.
Same here although my tracking information takes me to DPD but a delivery for someone else made in June 🤔
