Same phone, same delivery date for me. What time did you get your order confirmation email?
I have an order number which starts with 00, that works on the EE order tracking page.
I got my order confirmation within seconds of placing the order funnily - 13:17pm.
How about you?
EE order tracking will only work with the order number that starts with 003, web orders will initially have an order number of xko which normally will be processed and assigned a new order number starting 003.
if you only have the xko order number, call EE as their systems failed yesterday and did not manage to process all web orders

I won't be around to pick up my 15PM/256/NT on the delayed date of 27/9 - 3/10. When I eventually managed to get through to Apple, the best they could do - as I'd taken out the Barclays loan - was put processing on hold until I arrive back in town. I requested and received an email to that effect from the case manager.
Apparently, the demand for the iPhone 15 was much greater than the staff expected.

I received the xko number yesterday but then received a text to tell me my documents are ready - left a message on their chat to see if they can send another number as I’m unable to access the documents currently.
Got that text message also saying my order is confirmed with a link for the latest updates. received the text yesterday (14:03), called EE this morning to find out the web order was not processed due to the system issues yesterday.
Interestingly the text came this morning:
“Hi from EE. A new document for your iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Blue Titanium device agreement is now available to view in My EE, please log in to view it.”
Hopefully this means it’s in their system!

Did you have to go through a screen sharing session to review the documents? Whilst I was on the call, I was asked to do this, reviewing and approving the t&c. After the call I received an email confirming the order which included the 003 order number
Ack, it feels so far. But it will come soon enough, and it’ll be worth it!!
It always feels nice to start afresh, iCloud handles most of your data on a clean install, and there’s something therapeutic about starting again with apps and your layout/widgets!

I restore too. My iPhone has been honed over several generations and there would be so many little tweaks to replicate. My previous iPhone was sold in February 2023 so I hope I will be offered that iCloud backup to restore from!
I used to restore from backup, but these days, all my data and settings are in iCloud, so I set up from fresh.
It's the easiest way of clearing out the apps that I haven't used since I installed them
I prefer starting from fresh. Makes the experience better & all the crap I’ve got installed doesn’t transfer over

And now that's the "buffer date", it changes every Monday, so tomorrow it'll likely say 15th - 21st!

A weight saving of 42 grams!!
