Yup totally but I rang them few times and they were nice and polite.

Just overwhelmed with too many devices coming in.

I had a MM quote for my IP14PM 256 saved at £750. I went to check it out today in case something goes wrong with my UR sale. MM reduced the price to £660 regardless of whether I chose Smart Kiosk (with another £20 reduction on top for this option) or Royal Mail to get it to them.

Shady.

I've done in-store collection, but am trading in my 11PM with Apple, but in the rush I selected postal trade in, on the day when I collect can I do the trade in then, or as I've selected postal does it have to be postal?

Same happened to me last year, but when I went to the Apple Store, they were more than happy to cancel the postal trade in and take the phone as a trade in store

My two iPhone cases arrived today, now just to wait until Friday for my 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max's to arrive. I'm only getting two because their ordering system messed up, I only want one so will have to return one when it comes... Can always be some fun with the iPhone process.

Last year though my launch day 14 Pro Max was faulty and it took them a month to get me a new one. At this way if one is faulty I'll already have the replacement. ;)

I can't say I'm not surprised..

we all knew we were 'pushing' the generosity of the save feature.. where it would be annoying is if you did legitimately saved once for a few days to extend and the rejected.

I didn't take the risk sending to them on the old saved price for it to be knocked down to todays prices... just hope UR goes well now!

Nope, I had a chat with someone through the website and they confirmed all ok and I’ll be able to view everything once dispatched. Quoted 14 days but said it’s likely I’ll receive on release day. Also got my correct order number.

I know I’ve asked before so a bit of a bump, does anyone have any spare EE friends & family codes they can spare?

Would you open them both up and decide which one to go with? Or if you are happy with the first one send back unsealed ?

UR clearly are getting flooded. I hadn't heard of them but prompted by your posts I went to look at the current price they are offering for the 14 Pro Max. The answer is ...

Why is there posts saying ‘worry about a poor battery in the pro’?

The battery isn’t poor at all! it’s not going to fall flat after 20 minutes, you’ll get a full day minimum out of both phones regardless and put it on a charge at night either way

It doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere in the more user-accessible descriptions, at least I couldn't find it, but it is in the terms and conditions...
