Got a notification on my Apple Wallet last night for my phone payment (Store pickup) 😊

Right you brainy lot. I have another question.

On Friday I’m getting my phone and a new Apple Watch, whats the best way to go about setting them up? Presumably I transfer one phone to the other first and do the Watch after but will I need to connect my old watch to the new phone before setting up my new watch or do I just connect my new watch straight to the new phone. It also has a cellular plan I need to transfer if that makes a difference?
 
Well my Mujjo iPhone 15 pro case came through this morning a couple of days after ordering. Not much different to the 14 pro case with the camera hole being the same size despite what it looks like below (the new case is on the left). The old case has held up pretty well over the last 11 and a bit months with the only real damage caused when I fell over in an unlit cinema car park and phone when flying and bounced several times before sliding face down (it actually broke the ESR armorite screen protector though thankfully not the screen) - you can see the damage in the bottom left from one of the bounces. The only other thing to point out is the new case is a lighter blue than the old case (it's the same on the inside, so isn't down to wear on the old case).

Never had leather before but tempted by these Mujjo ones, UK seller which helps to.

How do you find quality as some above say good/not good, poor quality etc.

Is it worth £49? As I say I’ve never had an Apple one so can’t compare.

Are they heavy? Add much bulk compared to silicone ones?

Are they easy to remove, fit as I swap a lot as well.
 
Does anyone know if when you pick up your new iphone from store you can convert an outright purchase to joining the upgrade program instead? 🤔 TIA

I am tempted to get this case over the Nomad Rugged.
How does the case feel in the hand? Does it offer good protection?

Anyone tempted to go caseless this year. I‘m tempted. I usually get applecare+ but never went caseless because the the polished stainless would scratch up and scuff too easily. I’m not expecting this to be the case with Titanium. Hope someone with an apple watch Ultra can confirm their experience.

Hello! I’m new to this forum website, and I have a question.

I just completed my "pre-order" right now for 15 PM Blue Titanium. I was hoping to stick out to the end and see if I could get store pickup, but unfortunately, I don’t think that’s possible as of now.

so I went ahead with the delivery option instead.

So this is my first time doing a trade-in for a new iPhone purchase. So I have applied it to my order. So they will deliver a trade-in box, etc.

I've seen some horror stories about using postage and packing services through my searches, and I’m not very keen to go through that if it does happen to me.

I was wondering if it was possible for me to just do my trade-in at any of the Apple stores instead. I see conflicting reports that some can and some can’t. So I thought to get some thoughts or see if anyone knew about it here in the UK.


Also, I don’t know if this makes a difference or not. But I did go for the finance option.

On the 14 uk thread someone used them and said it was painless and the reviews look good

I hope this is just uninformed speculation…
Would be very surprised (and disappointed) if photo quality in the standard lens worsens so much!

I used twig earlier this year. wasn't too bad, but took almost a week to deliver and get paid out. The lack of information genuinely had me worried I'd been scammed. It did all come through and inc the full payment. I'd use them again if they had the best price and I could wait for the funds.

This week is going so slowly. Just gone for a set of the new buds too. What is wrong with me :oops: I'm apple's ideal sucker customer. My Id justified it to my brain as that my current set is used constantly and the batteries aren't so good now.

ps. Does anyone know if Apple's "if you buy tech from us, bring the old one in within 14 days for trade in cashpack rather than just credit" works on launch day pickups? Still deciding whether to keep my 13 mini as end of era backup or to try and get something for it (feeble as the offers are now). Thanks :)

Yeah thats what got me thinking was the lack of info, hopefully if I send it off today and they try to lowball it I might be able to get it back and send it off to UR 🤔😂

I'd take his opinions with a large pinch of clickbait salt; looks like he hasn't even tested actually using the 15 Pro Max cameras which means his view is pure speculation based on the keynote.

I'm waiting for the proper/dedicated camera reviews to come in on the 15 Pro Max from non-YouTube influencers.

yes used them before but this year they have moved the goal post. If you search for post in iPhone 14 thread they are not honouring saved quote and re pricing the orders using pricing error as an excuse.
