You would think the answers you get should be consistent as they will be checking the same system. Very frustrating they can’t even give you an answer.

Ouch knob and a snob, that was a bit un-called for 🤔🤔. I know quite a few people who use sleeves for various phones, none are knobs or snobs, just a personal preference
The sleeve will be used when not in use, as I've ordered an Aramid fibre case for general use.

I can feel it slightly through the shell but it doesn’t bother me. Probably why I find the magnets strong. I will feedback to them as it definitely can be improved.
