Thanks a lot. I thought the darker one was the clay color. I had ordered the clay one too. But mine looked way darker than yours and I returned it. I didn't realize the lighter one in your picture is the clay one. I assumed the black one was the clay one. I would have loved the clay color to be way lighter. Here's what mine looked like.

Yours looks like my clay one. The lighter coloured one r3tr0 posted above isn't, as far as I know, a clay one.

Genuine question, why? Especially when you have the 2TB iCloud option?
Need access to them often and you know how it is, the time you need something is often the time there is little or no data access when not at home.

Also like having peace of mind so if there are ever any issues accessing iCloud I have everything local.

Just back from the Bluewater store with my 512GB NT Pro Max.

There was a guy there waiting for the manager, he had reservations for 18 iPhones via the iUP but paying in cash, he walked out with two bags worth of iPhones, listening to the conversation, he "knew" the manager - how is it possible to reserve 18 iPhones? They ranged from 128GB to 512GB.They were bringing him 3 out at a time and the manager said he'll get another member of staff to help so it "doesn't look suspicious".
I saw the same thing when I was in Dubai for the iPhone X launch, some guy walked out with 10 of them.

So dodgy 😂

Are many of you using the feature to limit your battery charge to 80%?
I'm not at the moment, but curious to see how popular that feature will be.

Did they pay you the day it arrived with them like they claim? Mine was delivered this morning but still no update from them so not holding my breath…
It actually arrived yesterday but today I got the email saying it was being tested today and then just now got the email saying they’re paying out the full amount and I will get the funds today

It’s reassuring that they are actually honouring some prices! 😅 Thanks for sharing!

Is there anyway to get a notification once your selected iPhone model is available for pickup? I have it sitting in my bag in the Apple app

MM have been good to me. I stumbled across a saved quote on the App from last January and it was £850. Was able to renew it and save it for the past few months and today they paid in full. 14PM 256 that was in pristine condition

Anyone having over heating issues?

On initial setup my 15PM got quite hot, ever since haven’t really noticed it…
I also had an overheating issue during set up and not only did the phone stop charging but the internet stopped working too. Since then it’s been fine for the most part only getting a touch warm now and then.

The sun was shining on the phone cases when I too the photo so they are a bit brighter.

I’ve been paid the full amount from UR for my 14 Pro. The 14 days expired today and they confirmed receipt of my phone yesterday. Good to have another place we can sell to.

Sort of... To be honest I'm not sure what to do for the best... I don't have battery anxiety to any large degree (about 15 battery packs in my bag might disagree!), but I'm all for treating it well if its life can be extended without compromising on the phone's abilities.

I think the 14(PM) batteries were not the best to be honest. A mix of magsafe, 20/30 watt wired charging and often have the phone sitting on a Qi charger while I'm at my desk. After a year the 14PM was at 91% and after three years of continuous use and similar conditions, the 12PM is at 89%

I have turned on the 80% limiter for the 15PM and its been fine for me at home. I shall just charge to 100% if I'm out for the day or likely to be away from power. I'm yet to see if this process is beneficial or just a load of faff.

N.B. while I get a new phone every year, old phones get passed to my partner, then my sister and then back to me for a year each - the last year getting hammered with beta OSs. Yeah, a new battery is under £100 but equally it's a faff too! At this point, it would seem the 14PM will either be dead or in need of a new battery this time next year (which, compared to the lifetime of previous iPhones, is disappointing).

So, my 15 pro got really hot earlier on! As I am blind, I have brightness at zero, background app refresh off. I was on a FaceTime audio call, for around 20 minutes. By the time I came off, the phone was boiling! And, it was practically dropping a percentage a minute! Not very good! Had to turn the phone off, leave it for a while, turn it on again, and it has been okay since.
