With the pre preorder, do apple take the money straight away when paying outright through debit card? It keeps declining payment for me, I authorise it through the NatWest app but declines. Ive currently got the pre preorder saved with paying with Apple Pay on Friday instead.
I had similar issues. I was using the Apple Store app, I went into safari used the browser and it went through fine.
Do you have a lot of credit (I don’t mean necessarily utilised, I mean how many credit cards/mortgages etc do you have?)? I think this is likely to happen if you have very little to no credit. I think they also are stricter when it comes to your annual income this time around.
Tbh I always think if your monthly net salary isn’t enough to afford one, you should avoid buying it anyway…

I will be ordering a natural titanium 15PM but now looking to trade in my 13PM and wondering the best site to use, I have seen people refer to UR? what is this? assume they are reputable?

You can choose the date for collection. In most stores if you miss your collection time you lose your order and it goes back into stock as we found last year.
Not quite — you’ll need to select a time on launch day for pickup when you order, but if you’ve paid outright or paid using financing, it’ll be held for 7 days (it’s halved from 14 during launch from memory).
The only time the phone is returned to stock at EOD is when you make an iUP reservation and don’t collect.
Aha ok, It must be just launch day they are picky (which makes sense with how busy they are). As they said to us last year if you don't turn up in your allotted time you can't collect - not iUP.
