My finewoven case is due to arrive today.
My case has just arrived. The fine woven has a sort of fuzzy feel to it. I’m not sure about durability and how grubby it will look in a few weeks time. Unlike leather, I can’t see how it will age very well.
The plastic buttons on the side feel really loose, but I’m sure that will be fine once the phone is fitted

Do you think lint/dust will stick to it when sliding in/out of your pocket??

I've always gone silicon.

I’ve decided to trade in with Apple, but since this is my first time, I'm not really sure how the whole process works.
You should be fine. As long as it's in good condition then i've never had a problem. They don't have a grading system like a/b/c etc

It’ll arrive by launch day, I’ve done this several times before.

I’ve had such a bad experience with Apple Support and their cases in the past that I’d much rather use Amazon when the case inevitably falls apart.
What do you mean by fall apart?

Yeah I think that might be a problem. Also the quality is not as good as the leather and it’s easy to get fingerprints on it. The Apple logo is not embossed but just printed. It’s not a patch on the leather cases. I will give it a try, but if it starts to get grubby after a few days, I’m gonna send it back and go for a non-Apple product or I might have to go silicone.
The buttons are really loose. This doesn’t feel like a premium Apple product

Plastic buttons?? That's disappointing.

I'll let you know if any of them are loose on the cases I'll receive shortly

When you say the logo is printed, do you know think it's just laser etched into the weaves?

I will be ordering a natural titanium 15PM but now looking to trade in my 13PM and wondering the best site to use, I have seen people refer to UR? what is this? assume they are reputable?

I've also looked at argos who are offering £470 if all of the functions are working properly and there is normal wear and tear to the body and MM who are offering £442 for a 'good' condition which mine probably is.
I've used Envirofone for every handset I have ever sold. It has always given me more money and I've never had an issue with condition.

Terrible experience so far with preordering from iPhone and choosing the Barclays loan. It keeps being declined at the point of approving the purchase with any of my credit cards. Same experience for my partner.

We both tried to do the same using iPad and it went through right away.

My case is currently out for delivery, I was really hoping the durability wouldn't be an issue.

Yeah me too! Battery in the 12 isn't that great anymore and also the lighter weight of the 15 should be a bonus too!
My 12 Pros battery had taken a bit of a dive in the last few months. On my summer hols in Mexico I was getting 2 hours of use before it was low.

I've went for a 15 Pro Max (In black) this time. I think the last iPhone I got at launch was the 10 so it has been a while.

Any guess as to whether plans might be cheaper than last year?
If you can then go sim only. Grab yourself a 12 month contracted one. Some good deals out there at the moment. As an example; I'll be going EE on their £22.40 p/m for Unlimited everything (and their fast rate). I'm on O2 at the moment but going to change since the Mrs gets better everything on EE.

Have a look here: https://tradein.co.uk/sell-now/apple/iphone/iphone-13-pro-max.html

Sold an old iPhone XS there, they paid quickly.

I'll give it a look thanks, I always wonder how much these places scrutinise the condition of the phone.. because mine does have a couple of slight chips here and there.

I even had the battery replaced by Apple last year. Down to 88% health now.
