Do you owe anything on a previous Barclays loan that the trade in won’t cover? I’m about £100 short, so have to pay the difference.

I do and the shortfall is similar. But I’m going to trade in with someone else rather than Apple as can get £100 more elsewhere so there is no shortfall. I don’t think Apple takes account of the cancellation if Apple care either in their trade in

I used my Virgin credit card to pre-pre without any issues, it came up in the Virgin app to authorise the transaction and then all went through and ready for tomorrow.

Did you check mazuma too? They seem to offer decenet prices compared to others.

They quoted £755 for 14 Pro Max 512GB (minus £7.15 to Royal Mail for Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm which offers £750 insurance by default).

Same £700 as Envirofone for a 14 Pro Max 256gb.

Been trying to buy using finance. Tried twice, declined twice. Using Safari as recommended by someone on here.
Excellent credit score so can’t understand why it has been declined.

Same with Halifax… however Wife’s Capital One didn’t go through. We are on holiday in the Seychelles, however, and I did use my CC to pre-auth the extra hotel spends, so maybe that’s why mine worked as it knew I was outside the UK. Happy for me but gutted for the Wife.

I currently have iPhone 11 Pro Max. It’s paid for on Verizon prepaid plan.

I want to upgrade to iPhone 15 pro max and switch to ATT and keep my number.

Is that going to be a problem trying to do this on preorder website? Any tips?

Bit of a side question - trying to decide on storage size. If you just take ‘normal’ photos, will you use the ProRAW stuff? Makes such a difference in file size. Just take normal holiday photos etc. Like them to look good but am not a professional or anything

Avoid trusting the wifi, in my experience it sucked (including the BA lounge service) albeit its been a year since I flew with BA since they lost my trust.

Hi guys, pre-pre ordered a 256gb in titanium blue. Always gone for black or slate grey in the past - basically as black as I could go, but think this blue looks pretty nice. Also got the pacific blue case on order too.

My question is. For my iPhone 13 Pro, I’ve always used ESR Armorite screen protector, but I’ve seen people recommending the EZ Fit and I have to be honest, the applicator seems much better. But I’ve seen some comments about screen coverage and that the ESR is still better. Have I read that right? Basically I am trying to work out which to get 😂

It seems to have happened to a few people this year who normally don't have any issues, myself included.

I bought my 13PM 2 years ago and my wifes 14 Plus last year on monthly payments with no problems. Just going to buy the 15PM outright instead.

Blue fine woven has arrived. Originally said Monday, then tomorrow. So don’t trust the delivery time. Looks nice. I’ve tried to take it in natural daylight, but not sure how long it will stay clean. Normally after the gym, I like to give my cover a wipe down. Don’t think this material will really allow me to do that

I’m far from a professional myself but I went for the 128GB iPhone 14 Pro Max (am sitting out from the 15 this year) but I use ProRAW from time to time, depending on the subject.

I felt the image quality was better @ 12MP rather than 48MP (Photonic engine feels too aggressive for my liking @ 48MP) so the file size is larger but not to the detriment of the overall storage.

Looks like it will pile and bobble quite quickly. It will also wear away the colour from repeated in and out of pockets.

edit: piling is already present in the photos.

Yeah, I’ll just buy it right as well. Just seems a shame not to be able to take advantage of 0% finance. If I’d have thought it would have been a problem I’d have taken out a0% credit card.

Once the 24 months are up and you've paid it in full, the device is yours.
