Sorry if someone asked before. I have a reservation for my upgrade scheme.
And I was supposed to receive an email for a reservation between 8 - 15 October.
Still haven’t heard from Apple yet. Did anyone else receive?

My 15PM was white, so I opted for a black 16PM. I haven't explored the new camera features yet, but the screen difference is noticeable. The 16M looks flush and sharp
I’m the same. I would have kept my 13PM and waited for the 17 but I had a number of issues with my 13PM (battery health on 84%, broken charging port so could only charge via wireless, quiet main speaker (could only use the phone on loud speaker or I couldn’t hear anyone speak) and a crack in the screen, so I went for the 16PM. It’s an upgrade however there’s not many improvements. I feel like after this i’ll probably wait for the iPhone 20 next.
So this looks like a legitimate company operating out of a house ! Looking at the Companies House profile my guess would be that this is someone importing from Europe..
I cannot help myself, now wearing an Apple Watch Ultra 2, damn you Apple and your ecosystem!
Unfortunately, I’m getting quite cheesed off with Apple now.
I ordered a 16PM Desert Titanium on 15th September. Expected delivery between 8th and 15th October. Not a great wait time, but fair enough.
Everyone I know who ordered around the same time has received theirs (early), but mine has been sat at “Preparing to ship” for 48 hours now.
I appreciate I’ll probably get it within the delivery window (just) but you kinda expect better from the flagship product of the world’s biggest company-ish.

It's only the 9th today and as long as they deliver it by the 15th you have little to complain about as that's what they promised. They can sit on "Preparing To Ship" for a while, mine changed to "Preparing To Ship" on a Friday Morning but despatched on Monday late afternoon. You may see it despatched later today / this evening and then it's next day delivery.
I think you have to concede this is less about Apple’s service and more about your excitement / impatience in receiving your new iPhone.

I think you are right, I think the kicker for me is that 3 orders for other people I know have been delivered either the day before the expected window or the 1st day of that expected window. I would rather it say processing still and not take my money out until I know they have my device and then preparing to ship knowing it would come the next day. 48 hours on preparing to ship with no information is a bit meh. Especially when the devices could come into store on the day but I have already been charged..
That crazy wait times.
I preordered the PM preorder day and missed out on the launch day device. They bumped my date back to the launch date, and without me knowing, I only found out on Thursday evening a dispatch email came through into my inbox.
The device came with blemishes on the frame and I requested a replacement. Last Tuesday, UPS came and pickup the defective phone. it had the original date of 22nd October-27th. A new replacement phone arrived this Monday.
Talking about wait times… I just had a look at the lake green silicon case for the iPhone 16 Pro on Apples online store and it’s down as delivering between 7th - 14th November. A month wait for an overpriced case!?
Mine still says arriving 22-29 October..not happy at all.
Very poor stock management—it seems Apple only had a thousand units for all of Europe. At this point, the ‘novelty’ and excitement of it have almost completely worn off for me, and I’m starting to think I should cancel and stick with my 13 Pro Max until next year.

And similar today. Earlier I managed to pick up one in London, just checked and some showing for tomorrow in other stores.
