Wonder why they’ve effectively “hidden” it unless a customer requests?

I was "technically" a non-Flex customer until a couple of months ago - am currently 12 mos. into a 24 mo. SIMO agreement but if I wanted to upgrade only their former combined handset and mobile tariffs were available to me.

If I were to upgrade today (won't be as I'm happy with my 15PM) then I'd be able to order a handset on a Flex plan.
They didn’t hide it from me on the phone. They asked which option I’d want and even waived my £100 early upgrade fee as technically I couldn’t upgrade until the 22nd September.

So after having my Barclays finance approved then being on hold for the rest of the day I now find my order has been cancelled without explanation 🤬

Finally got confirmation from Vodafone.

The price difference compared to Apple is a joke though
 
Not sure if I have pre-ordered or not!

The other day ai set up my pre-order with Barclays for the 2yr interest free purchase, all went well. I;m sure I saw a message saying he phone would be in my shopping cart to complete the order today. However I was at work today and couldn't see how to log into the Apple Store, so I made a fresh pre-order. Got loads of emails from Barclays asking for further ID information which I submitted, but then heard nothing.

Arriving back home I managed to log into Apple Store and it says my order is on hold, so I really don't know if my order went through?

Looks like I'm Ok after all, things appear to be moving ...

I ended up getting a 16 Pro Max 256gb in Natural titanium, 2 year contract on Vodafone, £44 a month, unlimited everything.
You’ve come along way, launch day iPhone and a pro too 😀
I am missing out, leaving for Denmark on Monday for a month won’t be here for delivery.
Will look forward to your thoughts.

My last launch day iPhone was an iPhone 12 in blue, you had one in black I seem to remember.

I’d imagine this iPhone will be largely like my 13 Pro Max but with a better camera. I got a good deal through a perk scheme with work, so am getting quite a bit of cashback. I’ve never gotten used to the size, but this will be my third phablet. Hate carrying them but prefer the screen when using due to old eyes.

YES! But….

Have one ordered for delivery and one for pick up for the iUP. Think I’m going with the latter but undecided.

Can’t find many on the iUP to ask.

Just had a look on their website, that’s all, and it mentions about the Anytime Upgrade ending on 29/8 - that’s all.

Not unless it means anyone who joined or upgraded with EE before the cut off date is still eligible?

Anyway I’m going to rest my pipes now 🙂
 
Is it tracking though? If you cannot track it then its stuck in system.
Mine says: "
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."

Does it mean mine hasnt gone through?

If i have to call in again tomorrow - will i be at the back of the waiting times (over 3 weeks) for delivery?
