Should have done like me!! I have changed my iPhone 8 Plus every two weeks since they launched. Back to Apple store on Day 14 returned and swapped for a brand new one until preorders for X opened. I made my last swap yesterday and will take this 8 Plus back next week for a full refund.

As much as it would annoy me, a CPW delay to the 10th would be ok. Even though I have my Apple preorder for '13-20 Nov’, my CPW order is £60 less so I’d probably keep that one.

I actually have no record of that order so I should ring them up and ask for an order number. They did it all over the phone with me but no email receipt or anything

CPW just told me via twitter that they can see I’m expected to be delivered 3rd nov. 256 Silver, taking it with a pinch of salt and also the word ‘expected’ which means they can get out of delivering that day, but still, beats my 2-3 week apple one! Won’t cancel either until one is in my hand.

Is there a max IUP/0% plan you can have? I have currently one IUP and one 0% plan, and thinking of getting the X for me on the IUP, they are all in my name.

Don't want to turn up at Apple and be refused as already reached their max, or is it all depending on Barclays more so?

Also can't remember now, what do you need just a driver's licence and no bills/letters/address proof at all?

I have just spoken to CPW and they have advised my fulfilment date is 3rd November for Space Grey 64GB. I remain somewhat sceptical until I get an email saying its in store for collection.

There's actually loads on Amazon like this. Just search liquid silicone. They mostly seem exactly the same even pictures are the same. I've ordered one as it was prime but next day, whereas some are prime but expedited which means could take a while.

They are probably all from the same factory and just different sellers I would think.

If they are decent think I'll order another in a different colour, was going to get the Apple silicone but if ok then can have 3 for same price of 1 Apple.

Think it's definitely advisable to get the cut out on the bottom though, be careful some don't have this but pictures should show this

Why does JLs website allow reviews from customers who have not received a product?

I used them last year. No issues at all in store and same day payment.

As long as I’m okay for a second iUP agreement then this is what I’m going to do I think. Do they check the condition etc there and then? Mine is only a few months old as was an AppleCare replacement but has a tiny dent at the bottom.

You can check stock via the website. Just find a case you want and check your local store if pickup is available for same day.

Photo ID and bank account details. On the Apple website it says ‘enrolment limitations may apply’ but I suspect it’s probablg down to Barclays and your credit score. I only have one iUP so far (at the moment planning on getting a second on Friday while I sell my 7+ privately) but have other Barclays Finance agreements, one of which is due to end in December so tempted to clear that between now and Friday just in case. Bloody twins’ bunk beds was a new one last weekend - should have waited!!

Attention CPW Customers

If you’ve placed an order with them I suggest giving them a call and asking for your “fulfilment date”.

I ordered 8:20 and even though everywhere it says delivery 3rd Nov it’s actually now 10th.

They’ve been absolutely awful, taking money straight away and not informing customers if the delivery date change.

I think the vast majority of people who have ordered through them will be disappointed.

Just a heads up.

And so it begins!

Launch day is going to be a big disappointment-fest for many carrier customers.

Like it is every year.

So you only need a photo ID (passport or driver's licence), no letter with name on or payslips etc?

Hope then I get accepted, credit score is good. Just wondering though no matter if good score Barclays will have a limit

Just managed to change my order with CPW to the Silver model and confirmed it wouldn’t effect my delivery date for the 3rd. Fingers crossed...
