Notifications just are not coming til tomorrow, or whatever other day the delivery is set for. Such rubbish. Seeing Vodafone sending messages out is even more of a joke as a Three customer.

Has anyone had a DPD text yet. My DPD app isn’t showing the my parcel yet only online tracking.
 
god knows how you managed to do that, apple just outright told me its not possible and DPD said not possible too, contact apple if you want it changed
Yeah I think I just got lucky, it came straight through on the app and it's showing 8:30-10:30 now, but I tried again for another one that's coming tomorrow and they said no, hopefully be on the same van anyway!

This is crazy I ordered 750am a 64gb space grey for home delivery and heard nothing. My email confirmation says 30th October for delivery.
 
Three have been really silent about it apart from ‘you’ll get a text on the day it’ll be delivered.’ It’s such rubbish.

If my order slips with them I’ll cancel, go to Apple and wait longer just because their customer service and contact has been terrible. I see people in this thread with texts from Vodafone etc, surely not that hard for a telco to do.

If we get an email tonight or tomorrow morning to say it will be delivered on time, then frankly I don't care about the lack of interim communication. We don't REALLY need to know a products exact whereabouts through it's entire journey from fluffyappleland to your front door. They state an expected date of delivery, and if nothing changes, you get confirmation on the day of the likely time and presto....doorbell, cardboard box, shiny thing, dance

If, however, they send something tonight or tomorrow morning to say they CAN'T deliver - or simply say nothing at all, then the lack of communication is shameful. They will have known how many customers had orders for the 3rd, and they will have known what their confirmed inventory is for this for at least the last couple of days. People will have taken time off work or made arrangements to be able to get their phone.

I think if they bail on the delivery schedule now, I'll likely cancel. I'm still hoping they won't though.
 
Evening guys! I am not one of you lucky people getting mine tomorrow, 13-20 delivery for me! However, where is best to try and snag one tomorrow apart from Argos & John Lewis which I've already thought of?

I know of course Apple open their pickups at 6am on Saturday morning too!
 
Just realised I put my old phone number in my default shipping address, and no email! :(

That's why my DPD app is not showing me anything.

Will I still able to see my delivery slot info tomorrow morning on the DPD website? I'm so frustrated right now

Hope the person that now has your old number hasn’t messed with your delivery.

Agreed, I don’t need to know every metre the phone has crossed. But I still think a message the business day before to say it will be delivered the following day is the minimum they should provide. I think even the night before isn’t good enough. For myself, the phone will be delivered to my home, so knowing when I will need to leave my office would be very handy so I could plan my day out ahead of time.

Same here, I checked again and realised my default address phone number on Apple.com was not updated. Now I'm freaking out because I don't know if I'll be able to see my time slot correctly tomorrow morning.
 
That’s actually a pain in the rear, unless iOS 11 can transfer without requiring both to be on the same exact version

Yeah it's a massive pain, means I can't set it up the iPhone at work as the works WiFi is shocking. I think you can restore if the iPhone has a higher version but not lower than whats on iCloud.
 
I ordered mine last night through Vodafone and they said would be here Friday but I doubted that. Looked on the tracking and it said the 9th November. Just had a text saying '' due to delays we will throw in a pair of bluetooth headphones worth £40''. But looked and tracking still says 9th so nothing I wasn't expecting already. Bonus.

you will , just track your DPD delivery on their site! provides you with the time slot :)
