Its the case that's not doing it justice.... cases are just too bulky and do not offer full protection. What's with the flipping cut out . I still have the midnight blue i bought for the 7+ which i never used beyond 2 wks

The M25 is currently stationary all around Dartford (the QEII Bridge is closed) so I guess vans are going to be held up...

maybe a relief I'm not getting mine today. My local DPD is Dartford.. would be pretty peeved if it never made it.

I know this is a bit late but I got mine this morning at 8:00am from the Apple Store in Gateshead. Was super easy since I had a reservation for 8:00am and I could bypass the big line of over 100 people trying to get walk-in stock. Really impressed by how easy it was to upgrade my iPhone 7 to the X on the upgrade program!

And the phone, it is beautiful! Really chuffed to bits with it. Initially I was saddened with how yellow the screen was, until I realised True Tone was on, turned it off and the display now looks jaw-dropping!

Got my 256 from Covent Garden, excellent service, in and out in 15 minutes!
Beautiful piece of kit, already used to the swipe actions, if anyone’s worrying about missing the home button, don’t!

In certain apps maybe, was watching a YouTube video with the video fitting around the screen and certain parts were cut out. So I went back to normal and it was quite small compared to the 7 plus. But with each app, you’ll have different results.

I've had Yodel do that plenty of times in the past. Besides, DPD in this case are blaming an accident on the M1, yet my phone has apparently been sat ready and waiting the in the Reading depot since 1am, so clearly not affected my the accident.

I'm pretty sure it was UPS a few years ago (I think for my 6) which were not able to deliver on the day stated as someone had stolen the van. Given it was coming from Croydon I wasn't surprised

Arrived about 10 minutes ago, screen protector applied and case fitted. Followed the setup, transferred watch and updating to iOS11.1 now. Hopefully restore from my iCloud backup soon.

Tbh the keyboard situation is weird, it’s blank with the emoji and dictation logo there, would make sense to put your most recent emojis in that blank space so it’d be useful

Im loving my 256 Silver X. Design is so crisp its a great phone. though that marks the end of an ere product launch. So ill bid you all farewell. hope you all receive quicker than expected and get to experience this amazing phone. But ill see you at the next product launch from Apple.

Ugh. Can see mine is sat at the DPD depot, and have had no notification yet about a delivery slot. Am waiting impatiently for it!

EDIT: As I hit 'Post' on that reply, I got a notification saying delivery between 1312 and 1412. One very excited nerd, here!

Got a screen protector that came with my 99p TPU case from eBay, let’s see how it fits onto the phone. It’s the back in worried about. A right finger print magnet
