I just used the same 14 digit number in the UK mail site
 
Does anyone's screen seem a bit too yellowish/warm? Not sure if I'm just used to my iPhone 6 screen.

according to John Lewis customer service they had like 3000 lol

The SG is gorgeous, quite like the Jet Black but doesn't feel like it's going to scratch as easily. Feels solid and much better in the pocket than my Plus.

What's everyone doing in terms of cases, screen protectors and Apple care? Its such a nice phone I don' want to cover it. I'm not sure about a screen protector though, Im used to using my S7 edge without one.
 
3 hours to go but according to the map my driver is about 2 minutes walk away. Resisting the temptation to go out and look for him.

Going naked and without AppleCare+.

I’ve dropped my phones from significant heights maybe four, five times since getting an iPhone 4 and never caused damage. I might be lucky, sure, and my luck probably will run out someday, but I’m cool to gamble on the chance I’ll still end up spending less if I go without AC (and much prefer caseless/SP-less phones anyway). besides, I’ve seen phones in cases and with all kinds of screen protectors smashed up, so it’s hardly a guarantee.

Usually I’d get AC as a safety net but honestly, the cost of a one off repair is just something I’ll have to suck up in the long run should I need one. It’ll still work out cheaper than X amount of AppleCare purchases over X amount of years in the long run.

I hate putting my phones in cases, and I have never ever used a screen protector (and have no desire to. The screen is always the most immaculate part of the phone after a few years).

Also, I don’t treat my phone like fine china. This is with general use. A few scratches on the back here and there don’t bother me.

If you’re prone to dropping your phone, grab a case.

If not... well, you could try going without a case. Figure out if you could afford the worst case scenario and go from there, basically.

yeah I'm not convinced. The white is nice but not as sparkly/pearlescent as perhaps I thought it would be.

On the negative side I kind of wish I'd gone with SG. On the positive side perhaps I won't mind using a non-clear case :D

Silver or SG??

My silver is still on order from Apple .. so waiting for that ..

If SG is better, then i can try get it form Argos or JL?

Most probably why I got the 'delayed' message from UK Mail this morning. If mine was in that collision, amazing achievement to shift it off from that lorry to me at 13.22-14.22!

I actually would have preferred a subtle border; that chrome is just too right in the face. I do like the White\Silver though coming from the Matte Black. With all that being said we might warm to it in no time:D

This is really a tough one. They’re both amazing. I have the SG one but the silver one I saw at CPW looked really nice. I guess it’s up to you as to which one you like
