Now if my phone arrives tomorrow, logistically Royal Mail can get it sent to my current location within 1 working day.

Would I be absolutely crazy to put a £1k+ device into shipping within Europe? I can imagine it flying around and getting crushed.

Glad I checked back here as my order had failed payment (no idea why, it went through OK at the time with Apple Pay and the money has been sitting there since) so now i'm trying to sort that although even that's easier said than done. No email from Apple about it failing though...

That's why I'm nervous about being stock on Order in Progress. Never know if your payment has failed.
