Hi folks

13-20 club, no movement yet on Apple Store.

Am I correct in understanding that they're dispatching from the UK or Europe this year, not China?

No idea what's going on. Have re-keyed my payment card and its not authorising. Have even tried a totally different card and its not going through either. Is this the issue others have had when they used Apple Pay initially?
 
Tried Unshackled again, got "Oops try again" again can't use Paypal as it won't show my work address on the window that pops up. Just says if I want to change it, go to the Unshackled site. Don't think I'm destined to get one of these. :(

Better not end up confirming them or I'll have 4k coming out of my account, which isnt there lol

Edit - Silver is now out of stock
 
My 256GB SG (order confirmation at 08:09) is now marked as preparing for shipment after last nights payment glitch!

Fingers crossed for delivery tomorrow!
 
I DID have some progress... said Payment Unauthorised (or words to that effect) so I've phoned up and updated card details (using Apple Pay never seems to work does it!) and now back to Order In Progress! If they tried to charge me earlier on today though and came across some problems - surely they'll be back later today to take my money and progress my order? :p I was 8:10am 256GB SG!

Did you try using Apple Pay? Maybe we had the exact same problem? Hopefully theres enough of today left for them to dispatch mine today too!

Still waiting (13-20 Nov Processing)

A couple of people on Twitter this morning are saying that their orders were not due until December but are getting Preparing For Dispatch now! Not sure if true or not but....... :(

Very miffed that my local store (Highcross Leicester) doesn't seem to have had any significant iUP stock since launch day, very tempted to go for an 8+ if I can't get a 64GB X this week...

No news on any stock landing at stores, although seeing quite a few stores showing stock late last night I remain hopeful!

Agreed absolutely don’t do it. The X is worth everything, the money and the wait. I was doubtful at first but now I’m so used to it I couldn’t go back to smaller or big bezelled screen! Wait! :D

That's exactly what's happened to me, its back to "Order in Progress" after them manually updating my card details at their end. I guess it will go back in to the loop of trying to allocate stock, take payment etc, but at least the funds are pending to Apple now.

For future reference, straight from their Twitter account “you can buy more than one, we just ask for ID confirmation for second and third orders just to make sure everything is secure”
 
I ordered 256GB Silver with Apple at 8.10am on the morning pre-orders opened - just moved to PFD this morning and payment taken.

All very nice, apart from the fact that I snagged a 64GB Silver at 5pm yesterday with Unshackled, which has now confirmed for delivery tomorrow!

I'm keeping the 256GB one, so I will have a 64GB in Silver available if anyone wants to pick one up. I'm near Manchester, Saddleworth area so just off the M62.

Failing that, I'll just refuse that delivery and accept the Apple one.

Damn my impatience!
