Dispatch email just came through at 11:20 and being delivered by DPD tomorrow.

I DID have some progress... said Payment Unauthorised (or words to that effect) so I've phoned up and updated card details (using Apple Pay never seems to work does it!) and now back to Order In Progress! If they tried to charge me earlier on today though and came across some problems - surely they'll be back later today to take my money and progress my order?

Did you try using Apple Pay? Maybe we had the exact same problem? Hopefully theres enough of today left for them to dispatch mine today too!
Yeah I ordered through the app using Apple Pay. But then when I tried to re-authorise a new card my bank blocked it
Think I could have got it delivered today if the payment went smoothly
The Twitter account said to contact them through Live Chat if you ordered two, to make them aware and run through any security flags
Thanks, I grabbed one from Unshackled. I closed the purchase screen twice, had my card declined and had to text back the automated system for my credit card once I finally went with the purchase.
Managed to look up a £20 code so that's something anyway, £979 for an X. I must be mad but you only live once.

I phoned my credit card company to say anytime over the next couple weeks I will have a transaction going though for a large amount to Apple, so hopefully no more issues whenever they go to take payment!

Best bet appears to be to call them on 0800 048 0408 and speak with someone in customer service.
With my failed payments, it was nothing to do with my bank(s) blocking authorisation, it appears to have been that the original order was somehow linked to my original Apple Pay request.

When you say its popped up, is this for purchase on the IUP? With the plan being to join IUP or just say no thanks and then pay for the phone in full?
I'm just confused as to how this is all working to be honest
And is there an existing waiting list of IUP customers who are also trying to grab a phone when one appears, or do they get notified when one becomes available?
Sorry, bit out of the loop this morning...stuck in meetings! How are all the remaining 13-20's doing? I just checked mine and awesomely card has been charged and status is now 'Preparing to Ship'! Did anyone who this happened to yesterday get there today already?

Yes it's through the reserve and pickup system. It says to join the IUP but as others have done this year (and I did last year) you can just go to your reservation and pay for the phone outright.When you say its popped up, is this for purchase on the IUP? I don't know about existing IUP members though, not sure if there is different stock set aside for them.
