Does anyone know if UK Mail offer timed deliveries?
Can you track your vehicle throughout the day?
With the info given from Apple, which is the consignment number used by UK Mail (as I can't get any to work).

Yes you should get a text with an hour time slot the morning of the day of delivery and you can track the van on their tracking page.

Customer service has been absolutely laughable - nobody there seems to know what they’re doing.

I can get 25% discount at EE and they were still more expensive than elsewhere, plus upfront costs!

Open JL customer service page from a PC browser, you will see the live chat option on the right of your screen.

Any 13-20’s have their phone still at PFD? I’m 8:15 256GB SG, went to PFD yesterday at 11AM and still stuck there. I’m worried I won’t get it until Monday, unless will be able to pick it up on Saturday from depot UKMail/DPD. What do you guys think?

I'm still PFD as well. Looks like the original estimate of the 13th will end up being the date for me (absent a miracle).

Will arrive Monday.

Looks like some of us will actually receive our orders in the stated time frame, so I actually shouldn’t be disappointed!

Mine is still PFD since the money came out yesterday morning too so probably will be Monday.

I agree, shouldn't be disappointed with it coming in the timeframe but can't help to feel like that when so many people getting their phones earlier :-(. Oh well, just have to be patient over the weekend.

Exactly what I was thinking, someone even mentioned Meadowhall which is within my area and nothing!

I mentioned the delivery, but that’s not to say it was all unallocated stock. It may be a load of IUPs get the message today.

Yeah best not to get hopes up too much. To be fair, JL do tend to have pretty decent stock before Apple stores in the past. I've managed to get a few iPhones from them as well as the Apple Pencil and keyboard when they were like gold dust.

Yep, you can set it up for the online store too. I got an email about the silver 64gb that was online at 1am this morning anyway so it worked. I was of course fast asleep.
