So just 3 weeks after launch there seems to be a plentiful supply pretty much everywhere.

You know what ....after looking and asking around in the real world.....far few people this year are willing to pony up for the X.
I think Apple has reached and breached the price limit ‘normal’ people are prepared to pay!
I 100% agree. There are far less upgrades, most people I know haven’t upgraded and don’t plan on upgrading.
I think the initial batch of 5 million have shipped and this is what we are seeing.
I really hope Apple have gone too far to teach them a lesson on greed.

Agreed. The big fans and show offs have now got their X’s
Can’t see regular buyers being comfortable paying £1k for a nice phone, but one that has significant limitations
It’s not even being comfortable with paying £1k, it’s being comfortable paying £60-80 a month for 2 years ! I love my X and don’t regret paying £1k but this is my limit.
Loads at Apple stores today. Not happy that they are not fulfilling online orders first. 2nd Nov and still waiting for update. Must be soon because if I order 1 now online it say 1st-8th.

Me too! i get this message. I have ordered in 5th nov and 28-5dec delivery window
Hope it means they are getting ready to ship ours then. I must say it worries me a bit especially as it seems like I’ve been waiting forever, the thought of my order getting disappearing fills me with dread.

Tempted by the Silver 64 but I really don’t like optimising photo storage and I like keeping my music downloaded locally. Hopefully get one this week. I gave up on 6am checks then there was one in stock of course.
