Are we expecting the Xs to be released within 2 weeks of announcement this year?

The X wasn't released until November after last September's announcement but I'm guessing that was because it was an all-new design.

Looking at locking in a sale price for my iPhone 7 and most buying companies allow you to lock in the price for 2 weeks.

What’s everyone doing with their iPhone X if bought outright? I’d like to upgrade in the Apple programme. Where and when is it best to sell the X?

Most rumours have pointed to preorder on the 14th and release 21st. But release could be 28th I’m thinking

Given there not that much ‘new’ about the Xs (apart from the Max size!) there won’t be the same low yield issues seen with the TrueDepth camera etc. No rumours that is changing and the current X models are flying out, I can’t see the XS model not being available the week after preorders. Honestly feel the XS plus/max will be too so I’m positive

I have a bad feeling about the iPhone XS Extra Max edition pricing going to be like
#64gb £1058
#256gb £1159
#512gb £1299

I really hope not

The rumours seem to point to a $100 reduction across the board but not sure if Apple will translate that into £100 in the U.K. because of exchange rates etc (hope I’m wrong)

I wouldn’t be surprised if the XS 64 starts at £930-950 and the Max £100 more

This is encouraging to hear :). Does anyone have recommendations for who to sell an iPhone 7 (128gb) with? Just had a quote from compareandrecycle.co.uk for £319 from a company called reBuy but I've never heard of them.

Just had a look on the internet. Last year the ‘event ‘ was on the 12th, preorders were on the 15th and delivery was on the 22nd. That was for the 8, but I think that it will be the same this year for the X, ie the 12th,14th and delivery on the 21st. We will soon see.

Already had emails from sky and three about a ‘new’ phone next week and to sign up for info!

Something “exceptional” they said.. a headline out of the Sun’s playbook

I do think it is extortionate though that Apple seems fit to start selling iPhone models at £1000+

Ok, we had the iPhone X at over £1000 last year but that was meant to be a one off special edition iPhone, celebrating its ten year anniversary, hence the high price.

To now price every new iPhone , this year, at over the 1K mark is just plain greedy - especially given that it probably costs less than half that to actually make and build the damn things!

I have a budget of £1300 for the max in the biggest capacity available. Obviously hope it is going to come in cheaper than that.

Let's hope it doesn't cost you £1300 for 512gb version you still have cases to purchase any other accessories you might have to stretch that limit to £1350.lol

Got that too today the new plans looks sweet £18 for 100gb data.

Prices are great but I struggled and decent 4g (yep my commute to central London) and they only offered 3G when roaming abroad. Great having data in New York but near on impossible to use.

Moved to EE on their last Black Friday offers, though more expensive I’m much happier with service and speed.

Three are great if it works for you

i feel bad for you guys in the UK, those prices are insane. But from the looks of it, there's still a **** ton of you who are lining up to buy it at that price. If that's the case, phone prices will definitely never go down lol.
