If you do not cancel AppleCare+ on your own, you agree that Bank is permitted to cancel AppleCare+ on your behalf. In any such event, any refund due on your Financed AppleCare+ will be paid to Bank as a payment toward any amount owed by you to Bank. I rang them yesterday. They needed the policy number (found on the email they sent) and refunded it straight away. You’ve clearly been misinformed by them. I’d try again.

Some how these useless people cannot find my order wtf I phoned them up just now with my order number they said no number in the system. wtf
No joke this company is useless now they have my £99 upfront money with no order in their system.
