DPD haven’t yet given me a time slot for my delivery today, but it hasn’t left the depot either

Noticed my 29th-1st order has updated to preparing to ship, a good sign that some of the estimates might be improved

Yet my "Arrives 22 Sep - 24 Sep" is still "processing". 🤷‍♂️

Metro Center also seem to be having issues. My collection slot has come and gone and they’re saying it’s not ready/in yet. Tried to get clarity on what ‘not in’ means but just got a vague reply.

Quite unusually for me, I got a pre-9am delivery for a change.

Quite happy. I ordered the same model I had of the Series 5 so I'm missing a little bit of a 'wow factor' but the bloody oxygen monitor works reliably!

When processing, it said delivers 28 Sept. Now that it’s been dispatched, it’s updated to 25 Sept.

Interestingly it’s coming from the Netherlands via DHL, and not China via UPS. I am hopeful it can cross the channel a lot quicker than next Friday...

My 44mm Graphite with charcoal woven closed loop says delivery 24th to 28th, but has just shipped and is currently in the Netherlands with 25th as the delivery day.

Ordered about an hour or so after the event.

My 24-28 September order moved from PFS to Dispatched and is now due next Friday 25th.

Track Shipment info also suggests it's coming by DHL - which is a first - from Eindhoven, Netherlands.

My 24-28 September order for a 44mm Graphite Stainless Steel Case with Cyprus Green Solo Loop (placed at 20:14 on the evening of release) has shipped.

Got the email from Apple at 10:42 this morning. Tracking link is for UPS, but tracking isn't live yet, message on the UPS page says "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number", imagine that will update soon to something a little more meaningful.

Delivery date on the Apple site is showing 25 September.

EDIT: Tracking link is now working, my watch is in Jiaxing, China.

Once inside you realise how challenging this is for staff - launching a product that needs to be tried on whilst trying to maintain decent levels of social distancing and hygiene.
System issues coupled with staff not knowing what display models they did and didn’t have plus pressure to get you in and out quickly meant the usual buzz of buying in-store was killed.

Mine, like others here, was down for delivery on 28th September and I just got a despatch notification saying it's coming via DHL from the Netherlands and I'll have it on 25th.

Hopefully it will get here quicker than that though as it's only a few hours from the Netherlands ;-)
