Finally I got the mails & I am happy that I didn't spend my money for that :) now I get it for free and I am even happier
Hope you guys don't have to wait for it any longer, now I have to wait 90min to finish download :eek:

I finally got my code, approx. 36 hours after signing up. Haven't tried it yet, so I hope I didn't get the ML server code...

I went ahead and purchased it yesterday then received my code yesterday about an hour later after purchasing. App store support said that once i redeem the code they will refund my original order. :apple:
 
to anybody that purchased it and asked for the refund did it still show in the store afterwards???

Sodding applecare are closed and when I emailed them they just sent the same code through again...

I mean come on...
 
52 hours later and I have my code. Requested it at 4:15pm the day it came out and just got it here in the UK. Downloading now :)

After I sent my email to apple express lane, and they sent me an email telling me they would refund my purchase of mountain lion, a few hours later in the app store, mountain lion went from a download button to the price button again.
 
So I have my email with my PDF password - just don't actually have the PDF.....

*sigh* Another 50 hour wait I guess..... :(
 
Only just got my redemption code after around 50 hours. Hang in there people, there is still hope!
 
I've received two e-mails with different PDFs and different codes, even after the first code worked just fine! What's Apple on about? =)
 
just got an email with the password.

I saw the subject 'osx mountain lion' and almost didn't look further because i thought it would be the email advertising mountain lion that everyone seemed to get. o.o

so now i wait
 
50 hours in, got 2 emails with 2 passworded pdf's no codes......

Can anyone be so kind as to let me know the length of the passwords they are using? if they are the same length?

Im going to try bruteforce the pdf's im sick of waiting
 
I got mine after 48 hours. :D Sure, we had to wait a little, but come on, it's FREE after all. Now just waiting for the download to finish, wish I was home, I have a faster connection there.
 
49 hours and I've finally got an email with a password protected pdf in it - still no sign of the email containing the password though...

Come on Apple, I know demand has been high but you should have expected that.... you can do so much better than this.

Edit: 49 hours and 18 minutes - another PDF email arrives and with it finally a password one too and and download is go...

It took about a day for the same thing to happen to me. My money was credited back to my account and Mountain Lion removed from my purchases.
