If anyone cares, just got mine. I submitted a claim Wed. at around 9 AM and got it an hour ago. There was absolutely no confirmation emails in between and the claim never asked for a proof of purchase either. Came in the odd daisy chain of two emails; one with the code for the pdf and the other with the pdf that has the actual code...
I was just sent three emails for three passwords to open the attachment, but I never received the attachment. Checked all my folders.
Edit: Make that four.

The passwords are 32 characters in length with a mix of numbers and letter, along with interspersed dashes. Good luck with that.

I had the same situation. I received the PDF emails about an hour after the password.
Just received mine. The code for the pdf arrived before the final code. But everything is here and now downloading. Good luck for those who are still waiting ! I am spiritually with you !

so in the last 5 minutes I recieved 3 passwords and 2 pdfs.... none of them seem to work together and i only applied once. wth apple

wait no i got one working... and it's going to take 3 hours to download because i don't have real internet. gahhhhh... actually, 4 hours now
Likewise! Finally. Both emails strolled in at 15:57EDT. 54 hours, 19 minutes since request.
At last I have it! Downloading now..... only 7 hours to go on that...oh well least I got it before I go to bed
when i initially signed up i got my code within 10 minutes. but of course that code didn't work.
fast forward to the next day and they sent me a second code. but this time they never sent me the separate password email (checked spam folder and the password from the first email didn't work for it) so now i just have potentially working code in a pdf i can't even open. already emailed support about it but nothing so far.

Finally received my code last night after filling out the request on Monday, tried to enter it but it's "not recognized as a valid code".
Already running 10.8 via the GM torrent so not in a big hurry but they really botched the delivery to their customers.

Great job??? I think this was implemented surprisingly bad. eCommerce web sites operated from homes by self employed people and based on free, open source software may deliver merchandise days later, but will send order confirmation e-mail right away. This is business standard.
