I'm getting really, really pissed off at the up-to-date program. Submitted by receipts online on Wednesday evening, finally got an email on Friday that the receipt was illegible and needed to be resubmitted. (What? I export a 300dpi JPEG from Preview from a PDF... really???) So I resumbitted with a new file. 5pm Friday got another rejection email saying the receipt didn't show proof of payment and delivery. Uh, ok... it was of the Apple Online Store order invoice (with order number, look it up!) with shipped status and a $0 balance, but whatever. Submitted the invoice now plus more screen shots showing fully paid and shipped, plus FedEx tracking page showing delivered. 5:30pm, called AppleCare and she couldn't explain it but escalated and said I'd get an email back from the escalation department soon. 1:40am last night, got another email saying Receipt was not Provided. WHAT THE HELL APPLE????????? THIS SHOULDN'T BE THIS DIFFICULT!!!!!
