What is the matter with UPS? They finally update the status for my shipment and here is what I see. It was in Ontario and they shipped it BACK to the US and then back to Ontario?

I was using www.flightaware.com. You can search for UPS flights and then just figure out which plane your shipment might be on by departure/destination along with your last package scan and the time the plane left.

My iMac arrived in Richmond, BC at 3:45AM so I am waiting at home for delivery, its supposed to get here before 10:30AM, it's now 8:00AM here

Well, UPS finally pulled their heads out......It is now sitting 10 minutes away...I just have to go and pick it up as their trucks seem to be allergic to gravel. They don't deliver to the door in rural areas.....I am 45 minutes from Edmonton for those of you out west on the forum.....
Tee, hee, I am all tingly.......well, not really...just excited....back in a while with the box full of fun...

I have the same problem at my home in Elk Island, I have to use DHL because UPS does not like dusty country roads

Quick: Call the branch office. The truck may still be in the neighbourhood. If not, you can verify the delivery address, and tell them that the 1st attempt was misdirected.
