The delivery date of my iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB Graphite also changed today —from Sept 24 to Oct 5 - Oct 7. Not good. I will have to change the delivery address.
What method did you use to pay? I’m curious? And when exactly you did the pre-order?

I don’t understand it either, some people are seeing their date moved earlier.
Did you check availability at local stores?

I will be extremely pissed if it happens to me, I’ll be out of the country starting Oct 1st.

This happens every year, and a lot of those that get moved back still make it on launch day.

In the exact same boat. Naturally my mom's iPhone Mini that I ordered after my Pro Max is in anchorage already.
Thanks for the reply, good to know we aren’t alone. Still holding out hope for some scans at some point. Not sure which model and capacity you got; wondering if the 512 and 1TB are in a shipment that’s lagging.

I'm getting nervous here! I ordered a 13 PM, 256, Graphite and still stuck in ZZ. But both apple site and UPS still showing scheduled delivery 9/24... 🤞

Let’s be honest. If they can’t see any tracking reference on UPS for tomorrow, sadly they won’t receive it on Friday. It’s sad, but please don’t play with their emotions.

That is not true. One year, I received my iPhone on launch day, yet tracking said it was still in China. These tracking systems are not the word of God.

So I contacted Apple to be safe. I ordered a Pro set to be delivered on the 24th, been in Prepared To Ship since Saturday early. She said that some orders won't get updated until Thursday and those will be Next Day Air even from China. So like others have told me, I'll reiterate to those asking, if you're still waiting for a tracking number but have a Sept. 24th date, it will still make it on time.

One of the things I hadn’t realized until now about upgrading from the iPhone XS Max to the 13 Pro - Because the 13 Pro display will be 60% brighter, I will probably save considerable battery life just from the brightness differences alone assuming I use the same brightness as I do on the XS Max for most of my usage.

This is not to mention the ProMotion screen going below 60Hz, the more efficient 5G modem, and the more efficient A15 chip.

Bring on all the battery!

Two years ago my phone was still in China Thursday afternoon PST and it finally showed movement and I still got it on Friday.

Interesting trying to recall what happens, I do not think either opening day deliveries or later deliveries for me (if I did not make opening day) in past 5-6 years ever slipped backwards, they sometimes ship earlier but not the later.
