Looking back to my XS Max preorder. That phone left China on the 21st in China time and was delivered on the 21st here in America. It’s crazy what UPS can do to get these phones delivered.

Since the design change last year, I’ve given up buying cases. The phone is just too gorgeous to hide away. 😍 Also, I figure that since I’m only going to have it for a year before upgrading again, AppleCare should take care of any mishaps… but so far, I’ve been lucky! 🤞😅

I'm so tempted. I bought AC+ and do it every year especially for when I was traveling so much for work. I've been going naked the past few days. I even left the house that way! Baby steps.

Thank you! They were, sadly, from years ago. Then I had 2 rough collies, who both also had long lives and left me in the last few years. Currently pup-less, living vicariously through everyone else’s puppy pictures. Hopefully not for much longer.

i broke down and downloaded iOS15 and im not a fan of the new Safari. have to get used to the search bar at the bottom 😖. in related news my Apple cases were delivered this afternoon but didn’t have a chance to open them because i woke up late and ran out the door for work. will upload pics in the am. can’t wait until midnight when i can start tracking my shipment 😝

Go to safari settings and you can move the bar back to the bottom.

The Apple silicon case I had was nice, I has used that primarily. The California poppy yellow leather or whatever it was called never got used. The lucky next owner of my iPhone 12PM got that as well as the well used silicon blue Apple case "free" with the phone. The other case was a Walmart clear and a Shpigen ( Spigen in German ) clear case. Funny how they went yellow just without even being used or touched. Almost as if they oxidize when unboxed.

The Spigen "Crystal Clear" Glitter case I order last year did the same thing. It started going yellow in less than a week. I returned that one quickly!

I’m stuck in ZhengZhou at 6:05pm on the 19th. My significant others also had the same movement as mine, initial scan, departure and arrival but his status updated today to show his is in SK. Maybe a different pallet but weird they didn’t move together (they all have the last 3-4 years).

The address bar on the bottom is really good for big phone users and really good for your thumb ergonomically BUT if you dont like it, you can move it back to the top.

Im glad apple made this change. I love this change over reachability which still had you reaching far for the address bar at the top if you had a 6.1" pro or 6.7" pro max

I just got my Speck Presidio Pro2 with MagSafe (even though I don't use any MagSafe chargers). They didn't have the non-MagSafe cases available earlier last week. Somehow they knew I was waiting to purchase a case and then gave me a 25% coupon which I used so that it was only $41 instead of $54.95! Also, they don't have a lot of color choices, so I went with pink. This looks way brighter than in the pictures. @laffnvegas - Since you're looking, I also bought this one at the same time as the Coolwee case. It's a Velvet Caviar. I never got the VC hype because I never saw designs that appealed to me, but looks like they made a glitter case this year. I only need one so I'll decide which one I'll keep when they are all together. it's definitely going to need to be worth $30 for me to keep it.

I also like that I can group all the tabs pertaining to this board/tracking info in one group so I can easily go back and forth.

@PhillyGuy72 I saw there is a liquor shortage in PA and that they are rationing! The lines are crazy in the ABC stores. Doesn’t the PA liquor board realize thousands of people are self medicating while they wait for departure scans? 🍻

As I posted earlier today, my delivery went from the 10/6-10/11 to 9/24-10/4 last night. Then overnight it went to being delivered on launch day!

While looking at the original confirmation email from Apple, it said that it would be "Standard Delivery".

Checking my status on the Apple store app, it now says "Express Delivery". Status still shows preparing to ship.

The Apple representative called me today to make sure that I would get my new iPhone on Friday and that they were able to "make sure that I was satisfied". I asked him about the fact that it had not shipped yet, and he said that the delivery is not until Friday, I wouldn't see anything until tomorrow or possibly Thursday.

Cannot say enough about the response and service that Apple has provided!

You are so lucky. While not level of trouble you experienced I still found the delays and issues of getting orders in before 6 past cost me opening day and still stuck at 10/6 to 10/11. I also complained at have discussed my concerns and problems with one of the same level of employees as you after my letter to Tim Cook. Unfortunately I am not getting mine early making me wonder about continuing in the IUP process after my 13 ProMax arrives. Sticking with it and skipping the 14 May skip this for a couple of years just to avoid the hassle and frustration of trying to get new phones. I am seeing less and less advantages to continue. So I am unhappy with service I received obviously! Yes that’s just a minor problem of the first world but what advantage is IUP after long term loyalty? I am not seeing it any longer and may direct my passion and energy elsewhere than Apple

Have they implemented true full screen Safari browsing in portrait mode yet? With full screen I mean losing the battery and clock icons when reading web pages. Similar to when viewing pages in reading mode for example .
