You are so lucky. While not level of trouble you experienced I still found the delays and issues of getting orders in before 6 past cost me opening day and still stuck at 10/6 to 10/11. I also complained at have discussed my concerns and problems with one of the same level of employees as you after my letter to Tim Cook. Unfortunately I am not getting mine early making me wonder about continuing in the IUP process after my 13 ProMax arrives. May skip this for a couple of years just to avoid the hassle and frustration of trying to get new phones. I am seeing less and less advantages to continue.
