What went down on Tuesday, 09/21/2021...

Congratulations to all 04:50 and some of 06:05 crew leaving China

Another night has passed. It was an exciting day for all of you but a very stressful day for me. Desperation really kicked in and some of you witness it in earlier posts. I promised most of you in here. Everyone would get a departure scan today and it looks like the vast majority of you did. I'm very happy and pleased to announce the infamous 04:50 and most of the 06:05 crew is finally out of Mainland China. Congratulations to all who have made it and are on their way to Lousiville, Kentucky. Most of you will be reuniting in Lousiville, KY tomorrow. I hope you guys will get together and party hard until you see the "Import Scan" on Thursday.

Since pre-ordering time, I told all of you I will not leave until everyone takes off from China. I am going to be the last one to leave I repeated myself over and over... Well, that is exactly what happened this evening. Yes, it was hard to witness and hard to say goodbyes to the 04:50 and majority of the 06:50 crew as they had lift-off up in the air. But I was very happy for every single one of you.

As for me... I'm still in China. There are small members of the 06:05 crew that are still hanging out with me. I don't think there is any 04:50 crew left in China. There are less than 72 hours left before our iPhone arrives safely. Since we are the last crew. We should be expecting connecting flights back to back. I’m expecting business class seats! Also, It is definitely going to be an awesome experience because I know I will be reuniting with you all in Kentucky and will be waiting for you to post "Import Scan". I hope I will see you all tomorrow in Louisville, Kentucky.

Special thanks to our Captain @FlightLevel310 for sharing his aviation knowledge and @Wolfs for providing information about the departing flights today. Your endless work is appreciated! Thank you for all you do.

Have a wonderful night. See you wonderful people tomorrow. Pray for me and for the small crew that is hanging out with me to get out of China once and for all... May the force be with us tomorrow!

Hope y’all get your scans ASAP!

Good Morning to all!

Time for a happy dance, my 13P is now safe in Louisville, arrived at 5:51 a.m. Now the hard part of waiting until Friday....

My best wishes for those still in China to see movement today (as others have said, 99.9% chance you'll have them when Apple says you should).

Finally tomorrow we see more movement for Kentucky team it was kind of boring not seeing updates

I originally had a later October date because of the issue with the Apple Card and the upgrade program. They ended up bumping it to release day to my surprise. No info I can find in tracking by reference though which I’d usually have by now. Apple has always been accurate for me so I’m not too worried about it.
A few years back when IUP was new the paperwork required had to be done when you ordered, which by the time you completed it, delivery dates had slipped several weeks. There was a large up cry much like now and Apple quietly contacted us and made it right by moving us to release day. I was never able to track my phone until delivery day. I always thought they had a “slush fund“ of phones to handle customer service issues. If they don’t use all of them then they just move delivery dates earlier. If my theory is correct that would explain why you can’t track phone.
