I’m under AT&T too but I’m purchasing under “connect on your own” option. So it’s not only tied to AT&T.

i hope my apple card won’t hate me. I deleted my pre approval 4 times prior to my final decision of the color and capacity. I was torn between getting sierra blue or silver and if I keep 256gb or 512gb this time. Will this affect my credit score? I’m doing the apple installment plans.

My theory is that so many will be ordering the Sierra Blue that there will be a long wait for orders to be fulfilled! Gold and Graphite...... no problems 😉
I doubt if pending charges that were just place holders, then cancelled will even register. Just guessing but it wasn’t a completed transaction. I changed mine, then changed it back lol. Was nice to be able to do that and everything went so fast! Notices when my bill would be paid, everything.

If you specify a carrier in your preorder it will not be unlocked. It will come with an esim and be already linked to your phone number when you turn it on.

What is everyone's plan for delivery? Are you doing the traditional ship to home or pick-up at Apple store?
Funny thing. After I got my MBAM1 last year, I found myself not using my iPad12.9 any more, but I was still using my 4 year old mini. So I decided to update the mini (retiring the old one to work status as a dedicated home automation interface). LOVE the mini. The iPad12.9 becomes a gift to a family member. A lot of shuffling around this year.
If click and collect is available, I’m breaking lockdown rules to get mine, since next Friday is a public holiday. Most likely won’t be any deliveries on that day. 😂
This year I’m gonna try to snag 8:30 am pick up for my Apple store, usually do UPS gonna try something new
I don’t have a store within 4 hours almost. I set home delivery but then have always got in line for pick up at the ups hub when they open.
Thanks. I always thought there was a queue depending on when you opened the Apple store. Those who joined at 6-7am were given first access to orders at 8am. Oh well.
