UPS is clearly overwhelmed. I‘m not expecting mine until Monday at this point. Bummer.

Does Apple send some sort of return kit if you did the iUP program and got your new phone delivered? I've always done the trade into the store, so this is all new to me. I did not get any sort of packaging slips or empty boxes with this new phone.

Can you bring these into the stores or do you have to mail them back?

Mine arrived at 6 pm. Was projected to be here between 11 and 3.
Better late than never.
And I was able to order and pick up a iPad mini 6 at Apple. The siera blue has barely any color. Very disappointed.

Orrrr they're just really slow today! I'm crossing my fingers for you. Until it's marked as delivered (and not in your hands), I would assume it's still on its way.

No need to activate is you can set it up even without the sim card.

Currently doing the data migration and it seems like the activation process was smooth, I'm seeing cellular on my new one now. It did the activation during the data migration process, so that was nice. I was surprised I didn't have to turn off my old one to activate the new one.

Yeah mine still says out for delivery too, but the UPS truck has been sitting at a customer service center for the past 30 minutes…

FINALLY! The UPS person dropped it off around 6pm. My doorman checked it in almost immediately (this is rare). I ran downstairs and picked it up. I'm still trying to get the new iPhone setup. Looks like setting up eSIM was a breeze.

YAY!! Now I have to put on my screen protector and my case. It was so fun tracking our iPhones together for the past week. Look forward to doing this again in 2022 with the more exciting iPhone 14?! Thank you all for calming me down when I was stressed and didn't think my iPhone would arrive today. You all are the best!!

Mine is/was projected by 7pm but thats already passed. The odd thing is UPS tracking site says "we have updated your delivery time" but it still says 7pm today. ??‍♂️

I'm going to do this - remove Sim from 12 Pro Max to 13 Pro Max and I hope it works...don't see why it wouldn't. The activation this year seems to be extremely buggy or bogged down or both.

Worked for me. Activated in probably 15 seconds.

13 pro max battery life…….no words. I literally haven’t seen it move much in hours of constant use. Was almost going to consider the regular pro…no way

Update: My wife was arriving home about 25 minutes after the tracking updated saying there was no one home to receive them, and she found the driver still in the neighborhood and got the phones directly from him lol. Crisis averted!

cool. I have 128 to trade so I was curious

I wasn't 100% sure also of that max trade in. I had that $790 number, then saw "up to $790" (Thinking this was for 512gb version) Wasn't the case. They checked for dents, scratches, ran diagnostic check. The only thing terrible in that 12 Pro Max was the battery, just had a lemon.

Anyway, that's over and done with.
I'm happy.
