Long story, but emailed Apple and a rep from the Executive Relations group secured me my iPhone Pro Max for launch day and it did ship from Carlisle, PA.

Battery, camera and 120hz are all solid improvements felt every time I pick up the iPhone

Welp. Another update to my story. Went to check phone status on the Apple store app and they have set up a replacement for me. Of course ship date is Oct 27- Nov 3. Le sigh… I don’t have the energy for this tonight. Maybe I’ll tackle it tomorrow… or Monday. Just hope UPS gets their crap together and gets me my phone.I think you may be right. The 2nd UPS rep (the call today), who I could barely understand, alluded to there being something wrong with their system and asked if I had a long hold time (which I didn't). He said that someone would call me around 3PM with more information if my package would be delivered today. Nobody called. I think I would have been surprised if someone did and completely floored if someone delivered. Here's to hoping we will see both our packages safely delivered Monday!
Yea, too bad they didn't set you up with a replacement for tomorrow. In which case you could just go to the Apple Store on Sunday and get your replacement then. I may just give Apple a call now. Or just wait until Monday to see what happens. To be honest, I'm not on fire right now and could wait. Just really disappointed in how this played out so far and didn't get my phone when promised on Friday.

Got my 13 Pro at 3:15pm on Friday.... and had to leave for a two day conference at 3:30pm.... Sigh....
So I just got home and started the setup. Had a few hick ups with the setup but all is good now. I love the smaller size. Now I just need to get use to the smaller text size even though I have the text set to as large as it will go. But I still like the size.

Missed y'all this year on the tracking. I used Best Buy since I was able to do a pre order for in store pick up and trade in. Was only charged the cost after trade in and didn't have to pay full price up front!
I like it quite a bit, but I had the gold 12pm, so I knew what I was getting. It appears to be just a bit more yellow in my clear case than the 12pm, but it’s a very slight difference. In. Certain light like a soft white lightbulb, appears more yellow, but if it’s a fluorescent light hitting it it looks more blah beige.
im a contrarian these days, I know a lot of people see these Nordah gray, and some of these different pastel colors on new vehicles, like pea soup green, but not me.
My car is phantom black, and had Apple went with jet or some Black, would have got that, but graphite wasnt forme.

So I went to the Tower Theatre (yes, with an “re”) Apple Store in Downtown LA today. Partly to catch the iPhone 13 store pickup buzz from everyone else…but mostly to try out the cameras. The store was amazing and the camera/pictures were awesome. Sorry if it’s too much. I was just so blown away. We went there on a whim and it was just astounding to me how beautiful of a store it was. *These aren’t the full res, just “large“ size on export.

Wow! Thank you for sharing. That quality of detail is insane. It’s a very historic building. So much to cover and so many details inside the store. It literally looks like a museum. Also, it doesn’t look too crowded. I’m going to LA next weekend so I might stop by and check it out. Is it on the nicer side of LA or is it by Skid Row 😞
