UPDATE: Spoke to UPS International Shipping and apparently my iPhone 13 Pro Max has indeed just left Louisville enroute to my CC. The young lady I spoke to took my phone number and assured me (fingers crossed) that she would call me as soon as the phone reaches my CC.

Update on my story: Drum roll, please... I was able to pick my iPhone 13 Pro from the UPS CC this morning! Unfortunately, I had to immediately go to work so I won't get to check it out until end of day. Long story short, many conversations with UPS over the weekend and lots of contradictory information. On Sunday I was told I HAD TO come pick up the package and re-delivery wasn't possible. Anyway, glad that's over with. Good luck to everyone else in the Monday Club!!!

Finally arrived! First post on the new phone. This PM is HUGE!!! I was sleeping on the couch and woke up, looked out the window and saw the UPS truck driving away. I was like WTH????!!!! I jumped up ready to run out the door down the street like a mad man. I opened the door and the driver left it in the door as instructed through MyChoice. Whew! No doorbell. No signature. Lol.

my brother in law ordered for me the iphone 13, 256GB in pink last night from tmobile so I will be getting mine soon..paid 899 plus tax for it. He told me that the best buy promotion of 100 bucks off is only if you transfer the number to mobile, NOT for existing members so oh well its my first iphone so am excited either way..my sister has an iphone XR so she figured ok she can get 400 bucks for a new phone so went ahead with it, got a text after wards saying she will only get 138.50 for it, so she told me the whole trade in is totally bogus
For the new iphone once I get it, it will come with the provided sim card so I can activate it? Was reading some issues some were having with 5G and not getting the correct sim card for it

All iPhone 13 models are beind shipped with no sim card. They will be using the esim that is built into the phone. If you want a new sim you will have to call T-Mobile.

With esim you don't need to worry about anything. It's already in the phone. you just need to follow the steps to use it. I had the correct sim from AT&T with my 12PM and just inserted into my 13PM. I might change over to the esim, but not yet.

Mine said 9/18 originally but has now updated to 9/24. I'm sure Apple is correcting it on the back end.

Awesome thank you and since its already in the phone I just have to activate it..I currently have a samsung galaxy s6 phone(Unfortunately its a piece of junk now barely works) so once I activate the new phone do I take the sim card out of the old phone so it will no longer work(Not planning on transferring anything from old phone to new phone, barely have anything on old phone to transfer)

A couple months later I got charged $600 for my old phone and they said there was nothing they could do about it because it got "lost" in the mail.

I've heard this horror story before, which is why I might try trading in store. I also heard they mark it as damaged, even though it wasn't while sent.

I now have a package coming from Carlisle, PA which is the same weight as a Pro Max. I wonder if Apple decided to send a replacement for my late iPhone from there. Carlisle is only a couple of hours from my local UPS CC.

I was stuck on the 10/6 to 10/11 date at 5 minutes past opening had 9/24 but as soon as i had to re-enter the card info again I had put in preapproval couple days earlier I got slipped. I then like later person mentioned got update Friday evening preparing to ship and during night/early Saturday am it shipped. I have my apple care, bill for first payment, tax, other costs also. It shows that all paperwork was done in china and it was waiting at the last place (probably airport) but no movement after that documented. It says arrives tomorrow still as well

I moved from preparing to ship Friday evening the 24th to shipped early Saturday morning with all my info, tracking from the phone to the airport and release from Chinese paperwork. But has been dead after that but says arrives tomorrow since Saturday am. I got bumped to 10/6 to 10/11 when I could not get on til 5 past hour after preorders started and I had to re-enter (as always happens) my card info and that little delaye moved my order from 9/24 to this later date. I had long discussion with apple executive who could not promise much but agreed with my concerns about this all. And then this changed Friday Night to Saturday morning. I assume it will show now that UPS says shipped and to be delivered tomorrow even though tracking info stopped after China in Saturday morning info. We shall see

Apple store app now showing a 10/26 to 11/2 delivery date for 13 Pros. What are the odds it actually delivers sooner? If I place the order and then I find one in stock locally, could I cancel the order and do the same deal in-store, even if the order is for a Verizon trade in?
