Hi all, good to be back! Quick question for people who were here last year. How does the required signature work in these pandemic times? I am not currently working from home and I'm already worried they won't leave it at my door unless I am there to sign.
I believe it charges once it ships.Nope not yet. I assumed we don’t get charged until we pick up the phone?? I’m on the IUP and chose in store pick up.
Once things are settled and orders have appeared on the site you should be able to call/message/chat and have them add an authorized pick up.I ordered mine and my wife's pro for store pickup and i got the dreaded work email that i will be out of town for two weeks starting Wednesday. the pickup is under my name, is it possible to get it changed to her name? I tried imessage chat but they're busy. Any insight?
Has anyone been charged for their order yet? My 8:01 AM order is at "Processing," and I see the payment plan in my Wallet app now, but I don't see any charges having actually gone through yet. They said they'd be taking tax out today.
The colors are nice and I wish there were even more, but there’s something about white shiny surfaces with polished stainless steel. It takes a couple of hours during processing for the ‘Cancel Item’ option to show up.Before, you can go to the order details in your app and cancel it, but I checked and that option isn’t there. The only way I can see is to chat with an Apple Rep. I did it that way once no problem.

Yeah it was a slow, rough process for me also. LONG spinning wheel at 8:12am ETbad experience for me.
1. website kept crapping out on me. app kept loading and loading.
2. apple card would not go through. kept giving me errors.
3. i finally got through but with a delivery date of oct 6-11.
4. somehow i got three orders that went through.
5. 15 mins apart, i get three confirmation emails. 😂
6. luckily i have one order with a sept 24 date, so i’ll cancel the others when im able to.
the last few pre-orders i never had issues, but some glitch with Apple Card this time. oh well.

Smooth process! Did the preorder process last night, and submitted this morning. Should be here next Friday!
Edit: I want to add that I did use Apple Card for this. No issues my end.
