My app (Europe/Germany) didn’t work till about 2:18… and then it always showed an error when choosing to pay… tried multiple times…
Website still was down…
And now at last at 2:23 the website startet working and I was able to buy my gorgeous new phone…
But I am now so anxious that I clicked a wrong button at some point…
I am honest: today wasn’t the best experience to buy new apple stuff…

Order placed at 6:03 MDT. My $800 gift card balance was successfully applied and the remaining amount was charged to my Apple Card at 6:15 MDT.

Well, that was a bit stressful… but it’s done! Opted for in-store pickup this year.
I can't say I have had any of those error messages appear for me or see these many comments showing that folks can't access the store 20 min after the launch.
I told myself I was not going to get the new iPhone this year and get it next year but of course here we go again it was a lot smoother this year then previous years, of course this upgrade isn't as amazing as last year but I am very excited to pick up my new iPhone next Friday.

100% same every year. People say wow that was easy, and for me and others it takes 25 minutes.
Finally got in on my computer at 8:22. Oct 4 - 9 for Natural or White Titanium. Oh well, gotta happen to someone. Good luck everyone else!
Both hubby and I have our orders secured for launch day, yay. We both had the session expired error, and I had to completely re-enter my address despite having checked and saved it last night. Then he got continuous errors for the next 15 minutes...however, it seems that his order actually went through on the first attempt, because he had an order confirmation email at 5:04am.

My store pickup time slipped one hour due to the app crashing from 10am to 11am but that’s okay. Lol. Apple Store ten minutes from my house luckily.
where are the people who told us launch stocks would be around for "over an hour" because demand is so low?
