Both of mine are in processing. I completed my preorder at 8:04 and ended up preordering a phone for my wife 20 minutes later, as she was having issues with the app and couldn’t get it to load her pre-preorder.
Is yours for pick up in store or for delivery? If deliveries it will be in processing. Its odd that some that are in store pick up and iUp are stuck on Ordered Placed

So I just noticed this nasty surprise on my email confirmation. I will fight it tooth and nail. It’s not the $35, it’s the principle.

Ordered at 4 minutes after the hour, 256GB Pro in Natural Titanium. Due for delivery 09/22. Switching from wifi to 5G helped the app pre-order page load properly. Sucks to see so many people got shafted this year with pre-orders :(
I tried everything: turning Airplane mode OFF/ON, wi-fi only, cellular only, iPhone 14 Pro, iPad min i6, 15" MBA, Apple Store app, apple.com - finally made it through iPad, Safari, Apple.com. A wonderful PITA but somehow secured a 9/22 in-store pickup for a Nat Ti 512 Pro. Pretty sure to have earned some more gray hair after the morning.

If I'm not mistaken, with UPS you can pre-sign, right? If not, I will have to take the day off 😂

Good thing you caught that. Who still pays $35 fee?

Call Verizon and have that fee waived. Plus ask for some other one-time courtesy credits they can apply for being a loyal customer.

Is it possible to trade in my iPhone at the store? It says shipping a box to trade in and you are not able to do it in person at the store.

My experience, if the order tells me that it cannot be returned in the store, you won't be able to return in at the store. At the same time, it can't hurt to try.

There’s that (also got it for ATT Wireless on my end) - but then also for the “activation fee” when you actually do shift over to your new phone. I’ve had success in getting the Activation Fee turned off/refunded, but not this Upgrade fee…BOTH of which are BS.

I looked back on last years tracking and UPS had Label Created at 2105 Shanghai time on the immediate next day (Saturday) - so I’m thinking in about 17 hours or more. Probably won’t be until the US is waking up tomorrow morning that these will be visible on UPS (by searching via phone # or order #).

One phone preparing to ship (15 Pro Max 1TB Blue) one in processing (1 15 Pro Max 1TB White) both set to deliver 9/22 by standard delivery. Two separate orders Blue confirmed at 5:04 AM, White at 5:14. Hopefully a one week wait and both on launch day. 😎
